What a great experience it was working with Sue and Katie Mills as they helped sell my 96 year old dad’s condo. Our family was looking at a daunting task to clear out his condo and prepare it to sell while we also got him settled in a retirement home. They organized a team to clear out any remaining items in the condo after we moved dad, a painter to paint the entire condo and then a team to come in and stage the condo for sale. When all was said and done, the condo looked fabulous and sold in a day at well over the asking price. Sue and Katie were very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. This is an easy one. Sue and her team are fantastic. Sue patiently worked with us as a buyer’s rep for 3-4 years or maybe more before we were ready to put in an offer. I can’t count how many houses we toured together and she was incredibly patient. We ended up losing a bidding war which and she calmly said that it’s meant to be and she was right because not too long afterwards she represented us in the purchase of our new house that we love and helped us negotiate a great price. Then Sue and her team of many got our house ready for listing…all sorts of trades, staging and of course the photo and video tour. The house sold well above asking over a weekend and we were thrilled (and so was the buyer). Then she set us up with movers, packers and again with trades to help us settle into the new place. Over the years she’s invited us to many events and provides up to date information on the market every week for those who are interested. I could not make a stronger recommendation and have referred her to all who have asked. Can’t say enough.
