We were very impressed with Oleg and Sasha, they worked so hard all day to move our stuff. They were very friendly, respectful of our items, and took time to wrap our items to prevent damage. I don't know how they fit everything in the truck! It was packed to the brim! And they were very patient with placing our items where we wanted them to go. Super happy with their services and would not hesitate to hire them again. Worth every penny++! Thanks so much Ottawa Pro Movers! :)

Fantastic experience! Booking was easy thanks to responsiveness of their coordinator. Movers arrived on time and started working right away. We had quite a few things to move and the movers did a fantastic job in using every inch of their truck to load as much as possible. Zero damages to our furniture thanks to exceptional care during loading and transport. Movers were very professional, had great attitude, relaxed and easy to talk to. Truly a fantastic experience. Highly recommended! A++++

I moved from Ottawa to Kingstone and Serge and Roman were amazing. They were very professional and careful with my move. They came prepared with boxes tape etc. But Serge and his crew were fantastic. I would highly recommend them

Ottawa pro movers made our stressful move so much better! The were very responsive when we had questions and needed more boxes and always returned our calls the same day. The movers were so professional and managed less than ideal situations with a sense of humour and just got the work done. We were on a budget that they stayed within and completely met our needs.

By far the best experience we have had with a moving company. From the first phone call to the final box landed in our new home, we enjoyed doing business with Ottawa pro movers The crew lead even called us in the morning to give an ETA on their arrival. From start to finish, everyone was professional, communicative, and kind to work with. The Ottawa pro movers movers I was blessed with are gods. I moved into a 4th story walk-up on a warm day and they moved every piece of furniture and box, setting everything up where I asked them to in the new place. Not a single item broken, dinged or scratched. 10/10 would recommend!

Showed up on time and we were always kept in the loop with great communication. Francis and Brendan were a great team. They were fast and very efficient in wrapping our furniture in blankets and shrink wrapping as well. They were so polite and went the extra mile. They were very careful moving our items out and into our new place. Not one scratch! Highly recommend this company.
