I have a concern about snow removal, the company owner called me and resolved my issue right way, I appreciate their customer care and quick resolution of concern.

We have had our driveway and walkway cleared of snow by London Property Solutions every year for the past14 years as well as many of our friends and neighbour's in Byron. The dedication to excellent service is visible each and every time they come out to clear the snow. We really appreciate the professional manner and service they provide.Even during the worst snow falls and snow storms, when our street wasnt even plowed, Mike O'Kane has always been a reliable snow removal provider that we can count on. Got stuck in the snow on my way to work. Thought my landlord would take care of my spot before I returned home...no dice. Got home late and couldn't park. Called London Property Solutions and Mike took my call while on vacation in Mexico! He was able to connect me with his crew that were here in less than 10 minutes...all at 11:30 at night. Chris and Jerome were friendly and got right to work. Happy to park again and be able to get out in the morning! Will use again for sure and recommend to friends.

Michael drove by while I was using a pick axe to breakup the iced over snowplow barrier at the end of my laneway. Clearly I appeared to be suffering because he offered a free scraping. This act of genuine kindness made my day ! Thank you Michael - although I am not a client currently, you will be my first call when I’ve had enough of shoveling on my own.

I had them come in for some minor eaves trough repair/replacement work on my house. After scheduling the work to be complete, I came home the day earlier only to find that the work was complete and not as discussed and there nails and scrap aluminum left on my property from the work completed.After I called Mike O'Kane (the guy who came to do the job assessment), he sent one of his people to address my relatively minor concerns that evening which I appreciated.When he came the following day to pickup his cheque, I shared my frustration and concerns about the fact that I wasn't terribly happy with how the project was executed. Not only did he not acknowledge my concerns, but he was happy to point out that he did me a favour and the job barely warranted his team's expertise. Not only that, but for some reason he wasn't comfortable answering my question as to whether or not he was the CEO of the company which I found strange. I simply asked as I was surprised that someone running a company would handle customer concerns so unprofessionally and with little regard for his own company's reputation.Time will tell if the work was done properly. Dealing with Mike O'Kane alone would be enough for me to HIGHLY recommend looking at someone else for any project.UPDATE: To speak to the response by the company, it doesn't matter how many awards you've received...that doesn't preclude you from delivering abhorrent customer service which is exactly what you provided.You'd be far better to simply own that you didn't deliver and fell far short on delivering adequate service.I firmly stand by my statement.

I have hired this company for the past 5 years to look after the snow removal of my properties. I have had a great experience in dealing with them over the years. They are reliable and always do a great job.

A huge snowfall had fallen, and they were on my street clearing a neighbour's driveway. When they saw me struggling to shovel they kindly lent a hand to help me clear the rest of my driveway. This is the kind of company I would trust to provide great service. Thanks so much. You are awesome!

I had London Property Solutions do my snow removal this winter for my rental property. Very professional company to use! They showed up after every snowfall and plowed the snow, Mike was very easy to work with, and kept in communication throughout the winter! I would definitely recommend this company.
