Customer service sucks here. Not helpful at all. Working like cheap robots.Update: Switched to TELUS which is around the corner. So MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL customer service there. Very informative and caring about customers.Switch to TELUS people.

Great great service. Sarabjit was dealing with me today. Very polite and very professional. She went out of the way to help. In such a busy situation she handled everyone with great ease.

I just called this branch. (Oct 31,2022, 2pm) Very poor customer service. I spoke to a female person and she was not interested at all to what i am saying. She doesn’t even let me finish a sentence.Who every is working there or the manager pls train your representatives well.

Great services from this freedom store. Jessi helped me with my new iPhone 14 pro max and explained really well. Would highly recommend to visit this location.

The staff who work at this locate care very little for customer service. They wouls almost rather drive out than serve you. And they are rude.

Visited this location in mall with my family, the person help me was very polite. He explain evertything to us and we got 1 gift as well.Thank you Mr Cheema!

The manager was so helpful when he helped me. He also went the extra mile to see if my phone worked after he fixed it.Id give 5 stars but he was late. Its very important to me that a store, its employees (and employers) are ready to open the store on time. Rather than making customers wait for you to get set and ready for the day when it should have been already opened. Common professionalism doesnt go unnoticed. :)
