After buying my cello here, I have to say that this store is one of the friendliest and most professional classical music shops I have ever been to. The owner gave me a very reasonable price and did not pressure me to buy right away. I'm glad I did though because I'm very impressed by the sound and quality of my new instrument. I encourage anyone to check out their showroom if you are considering purchasing a new instrument.

I can’t say it is the best but I’m sure it is among the best place to learn violin and cello although they do offer piano guitar and other music instruments. Staff are friendly and classrooms are small but neat bcoz most of their offers are private or semi private lessons. Teachers are pros and most important what their charge are very reasonable. They don’t sell insane price violins and never push to sell anything, but instead they offer rental programs and allow kids exchange for larger violin when their arms getting longer. The students also get together to perform music shows every six months. I called this is the right environment to learn.

Had my own violin repaired here 5 years ago. Bought a violin for my child 2 years ago. Bought a cello for my wife 2 months ago. Every time got excellent service. Great selection of string instruments and accessories. Reasonably priced.

I am so impressed by the resonable violin repair price. Rosin is much cheaper than amazon but has good quality! Very happy to find this store. My daughter love this store too! I will buy her new 3/4 violin here when her old 1/2 violin need to be changed.

I bought a full size violin for my daughter. In the first week one of the strings broke in the hand of a very experienced instructor. Then I went to exchange the shoulder rest since it did not fit in the case. I asked them to exchange it for me as a gesture of good customer service, the lady at the front desk outright refused saying “you already used it and we can not exchange”. This is a $20 shoulder rest for the $300 violin and they would not swap it. This was the second violin I had bought from them but they don’t seem to value customer loyalty.I would not be coming here again and neither would recommend to anyone else.Woody at the inside counter was awesome but their customer service policies are terrible.

I was very nervous getting my violin and the accessories here because I am not very knowledgeable about them, but the worker was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful! They are very knowledgeable too, which helped me a lot because there were a lot of things that I didn't know I had to do, or why I had to do it. The price is very reasonable, especially for the quality that I got. I will definitely come here again!
