Everyone at island water hauling has been absolutely amazing. We recently purchased a property that requires a cistern as back up water to our well. We knew nothing about any of this and have encountered all sorts of issues and trouble shooting from no well water, running out of water and leaks. Island water hauling came asap to help when we ran out of water. They always made sure to fit us in by rearranging their schedule at the end of the day and even came during a snowstorm. They also helped figure out that a small running toilet was draining our tank. These guys are so reliable, friendly and helpful. Im happy to have found them and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

When our well stopped producing water, we were referred to Island Water Hauling to get our aquifer topped up. Carly was incredibly helpful on the phone, and came up with a very reasonable quote based on our needs. The truck was onsite in an hour or so, and the driver was exceptionally friendly and talked me through everything he was doing.Unfortunately, the water overflowed within seconds of opening the valve, as our problem lies in the well itself, not the aquifer, but we were given a discount on the original price, and simply had to cover the gas and time in transit.Fast, friendly, and very accommodating. We'll definitely reach back to Island Water Hauling when the need arises!

We no longer need water delivered as our new property has it's own well. But we keep you on our mailing list and recommend you to everyone that we know. Your company is first class. And we feel that what you offer to Gabriola residents is a great service. I highly recommend them there quick and efficient and friendly!All I did was make one phone call. I explain my situation and they had my water tank full prior to me coming home that evening. They are professional and exceeded my expectations. All thanks to them!
