TDC corrected/fixed a roofing issue which was done by another company. TDC has wonderful customer service and response time. A pleasure to deal with - and they do the job right!! We would not hesitate to use them again.

Great company! 10/10 would recommend. Elizabeth provided a quote even I was out of town. The price was good compared to others. They were able to start the roof with the first sunny day of April. They clean everything. Suggest a nice colour that I loved. Professional, responsive, and very helpful. They reduce 25$ garbage fee and they were honest to update me about it.

I had a small job to replace a dryer vent on my roof. All other roofers including the company that did my last roof did not want to take on such a small job. Derek stopped by on his way home and took care of it in short order. He did an awesome job and I would highly recommend TDC roofing. It’s great to have such a great Neighbour!

All of my interactions with TDC have been so professional and courteous. They were kind enough, this spring, when I needed a sudden emergency fix to my leaking skylight, to make it out same day. I was not in a position at that time to replace the skylight, so they sealed it up, and cleaned out my gutters while they were there. Such attention to detail. Then, recently when coming back out to make the replacement, again, I found them to be extremely professional, prompt and open in communication. They let me know ahead of time what would happen, the timeline and they honoured the original quote. I’d highly recommend TDC Roofing as a caring and careful small business that deserves your business.

After unsuccessfully attempting to contact a roofing company that had completed work for me in the past, I reviewed my options and called TDC Roofing. Elisabeth was prompt in returning my call and advised that I would have an appointment scheduled the next day. The following morning, I received an email confirming a time and Derek called from his prior appointment to let me know he was on his way, something I really appreciate. Derek was knowledgeable and personable and quickly identified the location of the leak, explaining the likely cause and possible ways to correct the problem. He recommended a very cost-effective solution and proceeded to complete the repair. I will not hesitate to contact TDC again should I need their services. Highly recommended.

I’ve used TDC Roofing over the years for my roof, eavestrough and now installing bird spikes to stop those nasty pigeons (no, they don’t advertise pest control!). Derek also investigated the source of water in my basement which was coming from the furnace (stupid leaking humidifier). They returned my phone call within an hour and Derek was at my place next day to look at my eavestroughs. Great service and competitive prices – these people really care about their customers. Thanks for taking the extra time & figuring it all out.

BEYOND RUDE ON THE PHONE MULTIPLE TIMES!!Felt uneasy with Elizabeth the first phone call. But thought I’d still wait and see what the quote would.They didn’t set an appointment time with me. Just said when someone was in my area, they’ll do the quote.No warning called, left a voicemail. I called back 2 hrs later. “Oh our guy has moved on, better luck next time.”If this is how you run a customer based company. For shame!!
