Miller Pickard Criminal Law & Young Offenders

Mike Miller bullies innocent ppl to plead guilty. Goal is to maximize billable hours. Can't remember your name. Claims no such thing as presumption of innocence nor pre-trial. Buh-bye!Self-represented and had charges stayed at pre-trial. Miller is an idiot in favour of Barrie police officer's obvious incompetence, lies, inconsistency between notes/report and complete case based on hearsay evidence. More importantly, lack of corroboration. Legal advice was to isolate from all family & witnesses and not speak to any witnesses (family/friends) or doctors (I have cancer and psych services). Spoke to brother (MBA/CMA/CA/entrepreneur) who deduced Miller behaved unprofessionally and with complete incompetence in representation. Told me to self-represent without Miller as a handicap. I will definitely be filing a complaint with lsuc.Don't waste your time or money on this crooked character.

Gary pickard is a crook and in the opps back pocket gary had my case 18 months in superior court gary said take the plea bargain because thats the best he can do for me and if i dont take it hes dropping me as a client so i fired gary and went to trial against the opp in superior court self represented and 6 months later i won and was a freeman..if i took gary pickard way id be screwed and broke .....

Mike Miller was very professional, diligent and also compassionate with dealing with my case and understanding my situation. This was the first time I had needed to deal with anything of this nature. He was very patient and kind to me when explaining the severity of the situation and solutions for me to receive the best results. The lady in the office Linda was also very helpful. I must say I was not overly happy of the out come of my case. I was referred Gary Pickard. I am not saying this because I still went to jail. I just feel he really didn’t fight or do anything I asked of him. I can tell you that he loves to remand cases. I basically feel as they nailed me to get the next person off
