Will not answer phone calls

Sadly I have used Darcy's Appliance once again (I didn't learn my lesson the first time) and am very disappointed at the service, cost and incredible rudeness of him when I informed him the product he replaced only worked for a few weeks!!!!! The first time I used his service on my washer it took him 2 visits just to attached the drain hose properly. This time I had him replace the ice maker on my fridge, now just a few weeks later again it doesn't work, and he tells me I have to pay again for him to come out to repair what he should have installed correctly the first time. Furthermore since the day he messed around with the ice maker installation my fridge has been freezing all my food. do yourself a favour and don't waist your time and money!!!!!!
