Ordered the vegan platter on Uber Eats and it was so delicious. It was warm, well packaged, fresh, and flavourful. Can’t wait to go dine-in.

The service was perfect. The menu has a wide variety of Ethiopian foods. We ordered doro wat, derek tibs, and kitfo for 2 people. We really enjoyed how spicy and flavourful the dishes were, and we had leftovers to take home. I will guaranteed be returning here.

The food was phenomenal. We must of arrived on a busy evening, we had to wait an hour for our meal, even after putting in a reservation. But the wait was worth it! Atmosphere was nice, comfortable seating, great company, but there was cold air blowing on us which was not so nice.Overall I really enjoyed it. My advice would be to don't be in a hurry and bring a sweater.

It is always an amazing experience visiting Gebeta. The food, service, and vibe of the place is incredible. There are many tasty vegan/vegetarian as well as many meat options. We ordered the “Kornis” for this visit and it was amazing! Very clean and quiet atmosphere with delicious food.

Awesome vegan options. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I'll be coming back for sure. Teff and barley are the main ingredients in the bread and it is fermented like a sourdough. What a nice taste to balance the flavors of the meal.

Everything was absolutely delicious, tender, fresh and fragrant. The atmosphere is lovely. We tried the kitfo, doro wot and Derek Tibs, all were amazing, very spicy.

Went to this place to check our possible venue locations for an upcoming occasion. I was greeted by Saul who was super friendly, and took the time to explain the menu / different dinning options. The place is incredibly clean and has a great layout for a party. Definitely would recommend!!

We went here last night for the first time. I got hungry at the Kalidoscope festival and wanted a meal rather than a fast food item. I ordered a Dor Wot plate. It had chicken and a stewed type sauce. It was really good. It came with the Ethiopian bread. I've never been a fan of that type of bread as it's quite spongy with a stretchy pancake look and feel to it. And it's generally sour or fermented tasting. The one here was more palatable for my tastes. Less fermented tasting. Perhaps less traditional? I'm not an expert on Ethiopian foods and my first ever experience was 30 years ago at an Ethiopian friend's home. At thier home, everything was served as a communal sharing meal. We sat on mats on the floor. This restaurant I think serves individual plates that you can order as a single meal. More western style. But I'd recommend going with a small group of people and each ordering a plate to share. Would I come back? Yes. The atmosphere is nice too.
