Convenient location. Clean room. The staff I encountered were efficient and friendly. Very good price. No restaurant or pool. But lots nearby. Coupon given at the front desk. Basic accommodation that was good value. My second stay within a 3 week period.

Pool is closed. The room is ok but u can hear noise everywhere, parking lot, rail train, even AC, freezer and the washroom lighting are so noisy.Blanket was too thin.The wall is pilling.I have allergic reactions during the stay.The only reason I chose here is for the cheap price.I wouldn't recommend if u need a good sleep.

Don’t stay here! The only saving graces for this hotel are the location and the understanding lobby staff. Outside of that, the rooms are disgusting, the first one we were put in reeked of urine and mildew. The air conditioner was blowing mouldy air around.. the second “pet friendly” room we were put in, smelled like someone smoked 30 packs a day in there for the last 28 years, mixed with the mould and mildew smell. My wife , my 2 year old and our dog walked in, and booked at the holiday inn across the street immediately. It cost me more money, but I didn’t get pneumonia from my stay so.. we’ll worth the 100$ extra for the 2 nights… don’t book here. Just don’t

Absolutely disappointed in the service here. What a joke. I called on Friday afternoon to book for Saturday evening; my plan was to book 3 rooms for 6 adults… I called and sat on the phone for 20 minutes… as a previous worker for a hotel I understood however after my 24 mins of waiting the phone was picked up and then I hanged up. The receptionist completely hung up the phone on me. I never got a call back with an im sorry that was an accident or nothing this hotel obviously doesn’t want business. I will be sure to inform all my friends and family, my coworkers and every client that sits in my chair (I’m a hairdresser) this is more then enough to spread the word. Absolutely appalled. This business should be SHUT DOWN!!

Writing this review while I'm staying here. We're in the first floor, the hallway reeks of old room that has been heavily smoked in. We walked in our room and that smell lingers the room.The hotel is run down, old rooms, outdated and gives you an eerie feeling.Toiletries are lacking.People complaining about a fishy smell in a particular room while I was in the lobby.Just a total bad experience. We booked this room for an emergency visit, wouldn't book here again.

Had a great experience over the May long weekend, very clean room. Easy check in and out procedures. The only complaint I have is that they advertise a pool when booking online but the pool was down for maintence while I was there. So if you really want a pool then call the hotel directly before you book to see if it’s back up! :)

Decent hotel, staff were friendly and accomodating. Building could use some TLC. Door locks are very finicky, and cards only work in them about 10% of the time. Location is convenient.
