Excellent service and most import the effort put in by the team.Cracked windshield on my 2022 Kona and Alex did not give up trying to find a replacement.....supply chain issues...NOVUS came through while all other places stopped looking...took about 5 months to finally get one.AND...their quote was less expensive than all other shops.

Windshield got hit by a pebble at 8:00AM on the way to work which resulted in a 10 inch long crack. By noon, I had called Novus, they had taken care of the claim with my insurance, ordered my new windshield, come to my work and installed it. Now THAT is service! I recommend them to anyone - great work guys!

Contacted them through their website. Quick response time and very detailed as to cost and time. Great price and excellent service. Real pleasure to deal with Alexis and he really represents the company well. Very pleased with whole experience.

Fast and excellent service. Went in with two window chips and thought I had to replace the whole windshield. They fixed the two chips and it was all covered by the insurance. They also gave me a free water protection for the windshield which is great during the rain. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

I had to replace my whindshield 3 times (first replacement cracked during installation, second was of poor quality, the 3rd was perfect), and each time the guys took good care of my problems. Good quality installation. Professionalism. The only recommendation i can give to a potential customer, don't do my mistake, and pay additional 150$ from your pocket, and get an original windshield. Don't waste your time on OEM-replacements" even if the shop will tell you it is the same or better quality. Nothing is same or better than the original windshield. I hope this helps."

I had my windshield replaced , when I received my car back I had noticed in the morning that the installer had damaged the rubber end covers That are located lower left & right of the windshield .as well as leaving some sort of adhesive on the hood of the car.Clearly the installer is of poor quality work & his work shows no sign of professionalism, very dissatisfied

Used their mobile windshield repair service twice and they do an extremely good job everytime. When it's done you can't even tell there was a chip. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is the best. Highly recommended!

after my windshield was cracked due to city construction. the staff at novus glass which is basically inside speedy was very welcoming and fixed it up perfectly. the service was great and the manager, Mr. Alexie Houde was very skilled at his job. his level of professionalism and customer service is the reason why i will go back if i need anything and also recommend that glass shop.

Auto Windshield repair (24 May 2023).Major shout out to Lexi @ Novus Glass AKA Speedy Glass off St-Charles Blvd near the 40 in Kirkland. I pulled in early this am with a 1.5+ inch spider-web crack in my windshield and believed it would be beyond repair. In a little over an hour after pulling my car into one of the work bays, Lexi had performed his magic and I was on my way before 10am for under $200 and a lifetime warranty for the work performed. Needless to say the windshield replacement would have set me back much more given the factory heads-up display and heated glass. Great service! I would recommend this Novus to everyone. Alexis took great care of me and helped me work around my schedule. I was even fortunate enough to have my car picked up and dropped off! Rare to find a company willing to help you to this extent.
