What a great experience! Alexandre opened my computer in front of me, showed me everything he was doing, explained the diagnostics he looked at, and was very patient with my ignorance and questions. He let me take my computer home so I could keep using it until the part arrived the next day. While I was there, several customers came in who he knew my name -- he had clearly been their tech guy" for a while
