Worst customer service ever!!! Can not talk to anyone on the phone. Have to deal with a computerized program to screen calls which directs me to phone lines that NO ONE answers! This is really frustrating for those of us that need to travel a fair distance to get to the store or use the transit system. Get your act together and designate at least one person on shift to answer your phone!!!

Sharing on behalf of my low-vision father, “Randy.”“I highly recommend the Saanich Home Depot for their exceptional customer service, especially the assistant managers Darcy and Brandon who went above and beyond to help me out. I had a major issue with my hot water tank and they were able to provide me with a new one and even paid for the plumber. They were very understanding and gracious throughout the entire process, treating me like a family member rather than just a customer. I am incredibly grateful for their help and would not hesitate to return to this location for any future needs. Thank you Saanich Home Depot and Darcy and Brandon for your outstanding service!”

I find the staff here particularly helpful. Their Langford location has more items and better selection but helpful and friendly staff are a big plus. The appliance guys were very helpful to me of late.

Homedepot Victoria Shelbourne big fail yet again. No stock, untrained and uncaring staff. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff when making product enquiries . We purchase a lot of different product for our clients and business . Finding it more and more difficult to spend our money at this store. Somebody needs to start making sure that the customers is respected. There are alternatives on this island to support.

It was a busy day in the store but I was able to find parking. Unfortunately, the store system was not up to date :( I went there after looking in the website to make sure the would have what I wanted to buy. However, to my surprise they didn't have it... They had transferred the product to their other store. The store clerk was very friendly and did his best to help me though.

If the grandpa in the appliances department doesn't like the job, he can stay home and enjoy a wonderful quiet life. Don't treat customers with an unhappy attitude. This is the first time I have encountered such a working attitude in Home Depot.The staff I met in other departments today are very friendly, thank you all！

Peter Lau - superb guy! He went out of his way to get us the barrier mesh. We want to thank Peter with all our heart, it’s because of him that our alpacas could eat fresh grass. We put the barrier on the fence and could move them to the green side. Home Depot is great because of people like Peter, who really are committed to the needs of people
