They couldn't make the repair I needed (they no longer service oil furnaces) but the owner gave me suggestions on who to reach out to and thank goodness she did. We would have never found the people who are ultimately coming out to help us. Thank you!!!!

We have used Grand River Heating & Cooling for it all! They replaced our old worn out furnace, installed a new AC unit, do our yearly maintenance and even replaced our thermostat when it was acting up. Bill, Amanda and the team are always helpful, friendly and arrive on time!

Purchase to our final installation they delivered a pleasant experience and excellent professional installation. They removed the old equipment and cleaned up behind them as they worked as well they took special care in putting down drop cloths and respecting your home. They also took time to explain and educate you on the new equipment, installation process and warranty as well as future maintenance to protect your investment. I highly recommend them for any hvac needs.

I can honesty say i have been extremely impressed with Bill and Amanda.For starters Amanda was very willing to email back and forth and answer any and all questions i had, which for me was very nice due to being unable to be on the phone during the day.Then Bill showed up, answered all my questions during the initial inspection. And the thing that really impressed me and wife was that Bill was very upfront about what we did not need. He never once tried to sell us something bigger and more expensive.He spec'd out our house and said this is what you require, no hassle no upselling.Going forward Bill and Amanda have my business and anyone else who asks for a recommendation. Thanks again Bill and Amanda from under my blanket on the couch in the middle of July! Love having central air!

This was not our fist time using grand river heating and cooling and it will definitely not be our last! Our heat went out sometime last Friday, Nov. 19,2021, we called on Saturday and even though they are closed on the weekends they monitor the calls and called right back to help us out and sent out a technician for Monday. They are also in contact with you prior to the appointment and he arrived earlier then scheduled which was amazing. Explained the problem and what would need to be done with other options and quotes for a new furnace as well. Parts had to be ordered and a follow up appointment scheduled to install and we are back up and running. Amanda is super friendly and helpful over the phone and through text/email and technicians are friendly and efficient, could not recommend this company enough, better then any bigger corporate company by far.

Don't hesitate to call Grand River Heating and Cooling! They were the most honest and straightforward in explaining what was necessary for our heating needs. Very professional and took great pride in the work that was done. We also had them install a gas line to our generator a few years later! Great company, I've since moved but would recommend them to anyone! Bill and Amanda were wonderful to work with.

Grand River heating has been our choice since moving to Cayuga 8 years ago. We purchased our furnace and air conditioner unit direct from them. The units are amazing but the staff is even better! When I call I'm almost always greeted by the friendly and personable Amanda. We laugh, we chat, we book an appointment. Then usually we receive a visit from Dylan. He's fast, knowledgeable, and quick with a solution. I look forward to many more continued years of service from this company, and this company only! They're truly the best!
