Love this estate company. They are so friendly! They even took pictures of a set of dishes I was interested in and texted me so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to Golden.

Yesterday was my first experience bidding on a Sunrise Estate Services auction. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.This morning I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Becky regarding payment and pick up. Becky is an absolute star and an asset to the company. She was pleasant, efficient and Uber capable and I thank her for her excellent service!

Such a great company making handling our family estate an easier process during this difficult time. Thanks so much for your prompt, professional, and efficient service.

Sunrise was a real god send. No other handler was willing to travel very far outside the city and we would have been in a real tough spot if it wasn't for them. They went above and beyond to help our family, we can't thank them enough.

We hired Sunrise Estate Services after my mother in law passed away and it was the best decision we made during the entire process of dealing with her state. Clare & Becky provided a service that was exactly what we needed.My mother in law had ALOT of stuff to go through and we did not have the time or need to go through and try to sort and sell everything.Sunrise came in and sorted EVERYTHING. They tossed out all the garbage, sorted out all the personal property and paperwork, donations and anything valuable. They returned all personal property without question and let my wife and sister in law look through what was left. Clare and Becky were very easy and fair to deal with during this entire process, no matter how difficult some of the family members were being. Once this process was completed they auctioned off all the remaining possessions and cut us a cheque.To anybody reading this, do know Sunrise Estate Services is a BUSINESS and not a CHARITY. Not not expect these amazing people to work for free. They charge a very fair rate and it is more than worth the cost. Considering we did not have to lift one finger, the entire house was cleared out and we walked away with a profit. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Becky and Clare saved the day!!We were truly lost when it came to clearing out an acreage that had been left in a state of disrepair. From clearing the place out and getting it ready to sell, to saving what was worth salvaging and putting it to auction, we couldn't have done any of that without them. From the minute we met, we knew they had our best interests at heart and were happy to let them crack on and take the weight off our shoulders.Forever grateful we found you x

Great place to buy from. But if your using their services, watch out. I got three emails confirming 1000$ falt fee, then they changed that to taking 30% which was over 2500$.

Delightfully refreshing to find Becky and Clare at Sunrise Estate Services. Everyone on their team is professional, friendly and easy to deal with .They have great integrity and are genuinely down to earth, good honest, sincere people .Everyone is consistently helpful and I have enjoyed doing business with them several times and will continue to do so in the future .I have sent several friends to them and we consider Sunrise Estate Services to be the best estate services company in the Province of Alberta .SincerelyDoug Greenwood
