Great, super friendly and patient shuttle service staff!Were at the airport when arrived...walked right on shuttle and had me at my car in 10 mins!Couldn't be better.Very competitive rates so recommend this lot for long-term holiday parking... like six weeks for example!!Thank you kindly and see you again soon!

Upon arrival 5 AM I came in and scanned my ticket in and at the same time the bus was just leaving. I sat there until 10 after 6 AM and still no bus! No I hiked in the snow with my luggage and found him parked at the front by the gate. He did not help with my luggage and I was travelling alone. On the way back I called the number on the ticket and the mail box was full???? He did show up fairly quickly just by luck I guess and he did not help with my luggage. I'll try another place to park next time.

Had a great experience with them this winter. First, because it's cold, they pick you up straight from your car and take you to the car. Both drivers were amazing. A woman's battery didn't start (it was minus 20), they brought her a booster.

Dropoff was a breeze and shuttled quickly to the airport. Returned a week later, followed instructions on ticket (wait at pole 15...) for a quick return to my vehicle. Lot was secure so my vehicle was safe. Easy pay and exit.Watch for potholes in the parking lot, there are a couple large ones.

Parked here on my weekend vacation and also for business trips. Finding it was easy and getting inside and on the shuttle was very straight forward and a breeze. On the return, remember to stand at post 15, wait for the shuttle and give them your card for the location of your vehicle. keep it in a safe place so you don't lose it! Be on the look out for discounts and deals for parking. You can sometimes find them on the Ottawa Airport Site and online through other sources. This can save you ALOT of cash.

Shuttles came often enough however, one payment machine while leaving the parking lot on the right does not work well and they are aware the machine doesn't work. Be sure to go to the lane on the left or visit the person inside the booth.

Terrible experience with manager in Ottawa. Mobile app is a nightmare - payment is a mess. Never again, easier to Uber or just pay a bit more to park at airport.
