Daniel Limb was the plumber who came quickly and cleaned out the sewer line. He was very efficient and personable to deal with. If I have further work done I will request Daniel. Mr. Rooter has an excellent employee in Daniel and they should do all they can to retain him!

Great service. Needed a Sewer line repair due to main sewer line being very damaged and misaligned.Initial cleaning and inspection was carried out by Eric R. who came in, cleared the blockage, and took the time to answer any and all my questions and to show me what the problem was with their camera equipment. He was very kind and professional.Mr. Rooter also does follow up calls to make sure that the completed work was still good, and without feeling pushy ask if you'd like to follow through with their technicians advice, if there were any, which, in my case was to replace our main sewer-line. I was on the fence about how much a big job like this would cost as I'm sure others are, and this is where Mr. Rooter's insurance specialist Jacki A. comes in.The insurance specialist I dealt with from Mr Rooter, Jacki A. was an absolute delight. I allowed Mr Rooter to represent myself to my insurance company as I did not wish to deal with the hassle of dealing with the insurance company. Jacki did many follow ups and updates to what was going on, and if I had any questions or concerns she would always have an answer for me, or go out of her way to find out before letting me know with certainty. I was given a quote, and I asked if there was possibility for any hidden costs or any extra costs that may come up that I wasn't aware about and was told the quote given to me would be the final price as they had already figured out the work and materials that were needed during the initial cleaning.After being approved by insurance, we went ahead with the work, and the work was carried out by Danny, John, Kevin, and Tim.They were fast and efficient and cleaned up their mess afterwards.The technician Tim in particular I believe as the lead"

Daniel (Danny) was the best plumber we’ve ever had!! He was quick, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Would 10/10 hire him again for any plumbing needs! He took the time to explain the cause of our plumbing leak, walked us through the solutions, and was very trustworthy! Thanks for all your hard work!!

Our shower started leaking hot water during a long weekend and we immediately looked for services available and Mr Rooter popped up! Gave them a call and they immediately sent a tech within 30-45minutes! Danny was absolutely fabulous. He detected the issue and went on his way to rectify it immediately. We are so grateful. Danny was knowledgeable and professional. He even was so kind to be quiet and respectful as he worked as our infant was napping right next door. We definitely will be calling Mr Rooter should there be any other issues ever again! Thanks again Danny!

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents.SENIORS BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!My father had a few mobility issues lately and needed some work done to their bath to assist him and make personal hygiene easier. Their home is in the country and was built around 1950. He requested quotes from a couple of local businesses in Lethbridge for the work to be done. The quote was to be for a couple of grab bars in the tub area, new taps, a new drain and a new shower head that would allow them to rinse hair while having a bath. Mr Rooter plumbing of Lethbridge was the company he chose to go with. Their quote was for $1218.76. He asked Mr Rooter to proceed with the work. Mr Rooter came and installed a couple handrails and a shower rail. They advised that they would have to order parts for the handles, pop up and p trap. They then advised that they would not be able to do the work as originally quoted and said it would be an additional $2610.03. To complete the work. They credited $131.75 from the original quote for work that was not done in the original quote.They came to the site, inspected the work required, then issued a quote. After they started the work they advised it would be an additional $2610.03 to complete what they originally quoted but when the new amount was rejected the amount that was credited off the original quote was only $131.75. The math doesn’t add up. They quoted a job for $1218.76 that they say should have been $3697.04 ($1218.76 + $2610.03 - $131.75). Beware of what they say they can do!! I have had personal conversations with Mr Rooter and they had little interest in making things right.In the end they had Bridge plumbing come and finish up the work that Mr Rooter didn’t do. Bridge plumbing completed all outstanding work in one day and for $1100. Mr Rooter had issued a revised quote for $2610.03!!

Daniel (Danny) and Zach responded to our plumbing issue today and were fantastic to deal with! Great communication, punctual, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue and give recommendations. Danny was very efficient and quick to complete the job and check for other issues while here. The experience was as good as an emergency plumbing issue could be, I highly recommend them and will be keeping their contact handy -Thank you!

Excellent team at Mr. Rooter Lethbridge. Efficient and courteous. The service option iPad menu was a bit of an eyeful at first, but the techs made my options clear and I felt confident with the choice. No complaints and a job well done!

We've used Mr. Rooter a number of years now. They've always been punctual and polite. When our water heater went out recently, they made sure that we wouldn't be without hot water for more than a day. They offered options, and even took time to endure our calls at the end of the day when we were flipping back and forth between getting a tanked heater or going tankless. I will continue to use them and I certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumbing service.

Today I had Eric and Daniel out to help with a basement back up. It should be known that both these fellas deserve an acknowledgment for being kind and professional. True leaders in customer service! Stroke of luck!!! Our normal plumber was unavailable so they sent out Mr.Rooter instead. Enter Daniel!! Super professional and super helpful. Daniel went over and beyond to explain what the issues were and added tips and advice for me to attempt going forward… without costing me a penny more than the fix he was in the house for in the first place. So now we have a new plumber. Highly recommended!!!!
