We are extremely disappointed in the service provided by Skillpro, infact there was no service provided at all. These guys were very prompt when it came to customer acquisition but once we made the payment, we were never clearly communicated about our application status. No information was given to us at once. And each time we approached Skillpro , they told us to get some document or some certification done. Because of this a lot of our time was wasted. Had we been communicated about all that was required in the beginning we would have been better prepared. Apart from that Skillpro never shared any credentials with us where we could check our application status or verify that Skillpro had actually applied on our behalf or not.The matter was treated very casually with absolutely no transparency from their side.My husband and I have been trying to reach out to them since last 1 month to close our case and provide us the refund but there is no response from their end. We called at Skillpro office several times and they were not helpful at all, on the other hand they were very rude and said that they have no knowledge about our case and someone else in their company is looking into it.If you guys are seriously interested in applying for Canada, please ensure that you apply through some well reputed agency and don't waste your money by trusting frauds.These guys have opened up two offices in India also, so please be wary of what you are investing your hard earned money into.I am forced to give that one star to post this review, according to my experience, Skillpro doesn't even deserve that.

It has been two years since SkillPro coaxed me into applying for the Canadian Express entry/Provincial Nomination program. I was made all sort of promises about getting the Canadian PR but till now I've not heard from them.After the money was paid, then we did not hear back from them for ages. There was minimal legal advice provided. For eg, the firm did not mention what was the threshold IELTS score required. Not once did we receive an email from them about the status of our filing. It was only after we demanded a status repeatedly, we were provided our filing status.The other thing that was excruciatingly frustrating was the tasks to be performed at frequent intervals. For eg, on the very first follow-up of our application, they asked me to get course by course evaluation done through WES even though we'd gotten our university credentials verified through WES. Now WES takes it own sweet time to get this done.After the WES(course by course) evaluation was done, they asked to get CIPL certification done. the details of this certification were not given, how to go about it was also not mentioned.Now, when we decided to withdraw our application(First week of December 2018), and requested for all our documents, they were too reluctant to communicate over email. Infact, they were completely reluctant to communicate with us over any media.We called them at their office, but the lady who picked up the phone lacked basic courtesy and phone etiquette to put it mildly. Till now, they have not processed our application withdrawal request.
