Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home

I was at the funeral home for a viewing and I saw the staff talking to some of the family members with great compassion and respect. However, for the funeral service, the technical issues that happened was a disappointment. There was no sound. Yes, we can go back later and watch, that is not the point. You want to be there at the same time watching with others and hearing the sound. It is very heartbreaking.

Sarah and her whole team were a pleasure to deal with during such a difficult time for our family. They were so accommodating and thoughtful throughout the whole process and made everything as easy as possible for us. Thank you Sarah again, and to your whole team as well.

I was a mess my mother was all l had in life and having pre arranged funeral was the best idea ever. I was nervous of the care that giffen and mack would give but l was amazed at the personal care and attention l got it ws remarkable. It was so quick having had a prearranged funeral done but the care during the viewing time and service time and cemetary time was so personal they were there for me and my family as if we were all that mattered. Than you giffen and mack for your caring and remarkable service.

Our family recently had to make arrangements for a family member's funeral. We returned to Giffen-Mack Danforth because we had lost another family member approximately 11 months previously. We have always been treated with compassion, respect and dignity by the staff here and they are always able to prepare a service that reflects the memories and personality of the deceased. In addition, their support does not end after the funeral, they are always willing to be available to families for any additional support that might be required afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Giffen-Mack Danforth to anyone. The Location Manager and all the staff are wonderful, caring people.

The service which Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home provided was excellent. They were very helpful and patient while we were going through our greave.

We contacted the Giffen-Mack and Trull team during holidays and got the response and support we needed right away. The team handled preparation and the service with care and understanding, accommodating all our requests and making sure we could properly say goodbye to the one we love. We also appreciated suggestions that made it easy to make necessary decisions and allowed our service to be special and personalized. Especially noticeable was care that the team demonstrated throughout the process.

The funeral Director (Philip B) and the entire staff supporting both myself and my step-father, Warner, through the process were extremely compassionate, very professional, and were very detail oriented - exactly what we needed at this time. The recommendations for the officiant and the caterers were also perfect. Both exceeded our expectations. I have never seen such a compassionate, catering staff. The entire event, right up to the burial, would have been exactly what my mom would have wanted. RIP mom. I highly recommend this team at Giffen-Mack!

We would like to thank Lindsay Baird and her team at Giffen-Mack and Trull for arranging my son Elijah's final service and cremation. Lindsay provided our family with such care and made the most difficult experience, smoother. She was well prepared and provided us with options for our son's service and cremation. She went over how the process works and answered our many questions gently and respectfully. When her facility couldn't accommodate the requested service dates, Lindsay took quick action to find a facility that had an opening. She transferred the documents and worked with us to ensure the requirements were met. We were so pleased with the urn and ts details that Lindsay suggested. I would definitely recommend having any service for your loved ones at this funeral. They make the whole process easier to deal with while your grieving and go out of there way to help you accomplish things on your behalf. I was extremely happy with the service provided for my mother. Besides the beginning process, they handled everything for me which made it alot easier to deal with.
