Parking Indigo Calgary - Lot 301

There are homeless wondering around in the parking lot, I do not feel safe for my car or myself when parking here

I went to the North hill shopping center mall yesterday. I only went in to the mall for about 10 minutes pick up some things.Then I got out the mall around 11 :19 AM .And I saw a fine ticket note...Time said 11:09 AM it's seat on top of my windshield, the amount $70, if I not pay after 10 days will be $90. When I parked my car I don't see any sign for private parking or register... So I did call them explain about I don't see any sign on my spot parking .... But they still make me have to pay for the ticket? This company don't understand about people situations no job and not enough money to survive...!!!They are more dangerous then Robbery...Every one should more beware Indigo parking company !!! And they are hungry money and no love...They not deserve any star supposed a 0.
