The experience with the website and appointment booking was fantastically easy. However, the notary was 20 mins late (for a 15 min appointment), and seemed quite unprofessional (printer was broken and they seemed to be scrambling in general). I'd recommend using Notary Pro to book an appointment, but I would not recommend this particular notary (office located on Danforth Ave).

Monika was amazing! She was not only professional but engaging. She remembered me from the last time I used her services, which was great and made me feel like a valued client! Unlike Christian, whom I had scheduled an appointment with on Saturday Nov. 26th and theyhad changed it without consulting me or contacting me. I hope that if someone uses Notary Pro, they use Monika’s services because she is professional, friendly, but also makes things go very smoothly!
