7-Eleven

I dont know what happened but there used to be a middle aged women who was in management here. When she was here the staff were fast, quick to greet you, helpful and just seemed happy.The last two or so months they have been nothing but slow, unattentive, uncaring and I don't get greeted anymore.They put up signs using receipt paper to say things like closing early" or "closed" now and just put it on the window.The owners descriptions says they mever close and are 24/7. They need to change both of these because they are incorrect.Today they were closed and it looks like a mess inside. No explanation on why they are closed.The staff are compleatly lacking social skills or any customer service professionalism

My experience at this 7-Eleven tonight was great around midnight of May 2nd the guy behind the counter was so polite. He let me bring my electric bike inside because I didn't want to risk getting it stolen. He was like oh yeah bring it in. Also you guys have the spicy dill pickle chips which is amazing that's my favorite chips And it's now open 24/7 I was told tonight That great so now when I get off work at midnight if I'm hungry I can go to 7 Eleven again.

i only come here for slurpees lol

Hubby was given a recommendation by staff that had no idea what they were talking about.Last night They didn't have our normal brand of smokes, so we got a carton of Number 7 instead. He asked for the ones with the brown filters (what used to be the reds). He was given Number 7 Originals, which have the fiberglass filter, after the cashier acknowledged Yes" twice to his question that they had the charcoal filter. If the staff are not sure they should have someone readly available to ask! This has happened way to many times

I went to get something that required an ID, I proceeded to say I dont use the name or pronouns on said ID anymore, and I was still constantly misgendered, even after corrections. Absolute garbage service, I'll go literally anywhere else other than here after this. Happy Pride, by the way! Or not, if certain cashiers are working. :)

Not very customer friendly location. Many products not priced. Customers seem to come second to what ever the employees have going on. Long waits every time. Not very impressed with 7Eleven

I had the worst experience here with a staff member. My partner and I were driving for our delivery gig, since my partner was busy on a call, I decided to help him pick up an order; there were slurpees in it, one of which was not closed properly; so it fell down and ‘the staff AHELI asked me to clean it’.IS THIS A WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE??!! Pathetic staff who don’t know basic service protocols!!! Please see who you hire here!My partner went back on having learned about this incident and they denied it. When I went and told her about what she said, she bluntly denied it and so did her co-worker. Teach your staff how to treat people! I used to visit this store regularly, now I have to think twice to visit here. I hope some higher management person looks into this matter, so that we don’t have non-staff members being treated like how I was treated.

I stopped for a hot dog yesterday. The guys working there were fantastic. However no chili and no cheese for the dogs. They said it takes 15 mins to heat.I can understand one or the other but both?I told them of it they apologized and changed them.Total defeated the purpose of why i go there for that.Next time i will go to a different 711.

Literally so nasty Went in there to get a slurpee and walked out little ants crawling around that’s just gross never again will go back

Bank Machine almost never seems to be working. at least 7 out of 10 times I go to use the bank machine here it is down.. and when the machine is down, they do not adjust their cash back at till so you can get a bit more... would give it 0 stars if I could
