Glass Guru arrives on site when they say they will come. Chris is very courteous and keeps one in the loop.

These guys are awesome ! I had a window in in my house went foggy. and I got to the point. I could hardly see outside. then I called Glass Guru so they removed the moisture in my window. These guys are great jobs hardly recommended. and I don't have to replace the window. Thanks you for the service.great job

Consider how your drivers are driving if you're going to advertise your company on a vehicle. One of your drivers almost caused me to crash into a median because they seemed like they were in a rush.

Great guy! Replaced 2 of our windows as they became foggy. Prices were right. Rain was coming into the house after he put the new windows up and he came back with no issues to fix the leak. Didn't have to pay extra or anything.

I called them on July 16th and the Gentleman on the phone asked my phone number and location and told me that they can come on July 21st to give an estimate for repair of windows. But they never call me on that day as I took day off from work. Extremely unprofessional.

We called dozens of window companies to come and repair the cranks on our wooden windows, but no one wanted the job. Thank goodness we called the Glass Guru. He was fast to respond, fixed the windows quickly and even asked us to review his work before he left! Meeting someone who actually cared whether we thought he did a good job was such a pleasure. I had an attempted B&E, a badly broken sliding aluminum window. I called several" different repair services - most of them couldn't come for several days to check-and-estimate

Glass Guru replaced all the windows in my house about 2 years ago, up and down. Too many issues to list here. Majority of the openings were damaged from the installation. I was left having to repair the corner beads and mud, and re-paint almost every room in the house. Screens fell out and broke, I was told to bend it back in to shape. They also were written on with a sharpie. Some screws prevent the screens from closing properly, and my blinds also don't fit any more. Finished cleaning up the glass that was shattered in front of my house. 2 windows leaked, one leaked rain water from outside in to my basement, another leaked condensation due to poor/insufficient sealant application. There were gaps in the sealant around most of the windows, Chris came back and repaired but I can still see daylight in the sealant gaps. Window sizes are inconsistent with the opening sizes. I literally have 1 of sealant above one of my windows.My gas usage has increased to heat my home after the 25 year old windows were replaced.Paid a home inspector to take a look and he told me all the windows needed to be removed and re-installed properly.Sorry Chris
