Not only is the receptionist rude, but she is not professional. When I walk into a clinic, I expect the receptionist to reflect my doctor. If the receptionist smells like cigarettes and has cat hair all over her, then what am I supposed to expect. I come back because Asima Haleem is genuinely the most professional doctor and I have no complaints what so ever. She always listens to everything I need to say and every problem I have. She is always attentive and one of the best doctors I have met but seriously I am fed up with the receptionist!

Dr. Haleem really cares for her patients.I've being seeing her since Dr. Segedi retired. She is thorough, spends the time to answer your questions and will make sure you get the best treatment. She is very knowledgable and really listens to your concerns and directs you to the right specialist necessary. She now has a very nice assistant who is respectful and polite and who treats us with a smile and a warm welcome. She is a keeper!! She has helped me with all my medical issues and I trust her completely. A great doctor!!!!

The Doctor is very good, however the receptionist terrible attitude affects the Doctors reputation. The receptionist lied to me about my parents appointment. When I booked it and when I called to reconfirm she told me it was a phone appointment (call from from the Dr between 9:30am - 1pm). At 2pm I called to ask when was the Doctor calling. The receptionist told me it was a walk in appointment at 12pm that my parents missed. SHE NEVER TOLD ME THIS AT ALL!.

My family has been with Dr. Segedi since 2001. Dr. Haleem has been an excellent doctor since taking over the practice when Dr. Segedi retired. But I've struggled to get appointments scheduled, calls returned, prescriptions refilled and forms completed. The receptionist is very evasive and unprofessional. I've waited 2 weeks and left countless messages to get a single form completed and have yet to receive it. Poor customer service if you ask me.

Very bad experience. Receptionist is beyond rude and very unfriendly! It gives absolutely bad image to the whole practice when the receptionist has zero people skills. On top of that my father has been waiting for now 8 months to get an APPOINTMENT for his medical screening with another clinic. Whenever I speak to receptionist to follow up when he will be scheduled she just rudely responds she can’t help me.Initially we had very positive experience with dr. Haleem but the reception itself is something else entirely.

No matter the circumstance, I believe the receptionist should always speak to clients respectfully! I did not receive this at all. Treat and talk to people the way you want to be treated or talked to!

I don't understand the reviews on the receptionist ... Everytime I go in, she has me laughing, putting my fears of Dr visits away... She has always followed the protocol on appointments and forms... The Dr is caring, easy to talk to and assists in all health concerns! Love and would recommend the practice to everyone

I was so worried when my beloved Dr. Segedi retired but I needn’t have been. Dr. Haleem is a wonderful physician; she’s patient, competent, compassionate and kind. Every time I see her I know I’m in good hands.I’ve never had a bad experience with her receptionist either; she’s always kind to me.

Well the soft spoken receptionist still works there's so be prepared for that. I was supposed to be contacted for an appointment referral and never was.Good luck getting through on the phone, takes days of calling to get someone to pick up.The Dr. was very professional and easy to talk to, but what I found was that she didn't push me enough.. meaning she asked what I wanted a little too much. If I knew, I wouldn't be asking the advice of the doctor. I would have liked a I think this is your best option" kind of statement. She also accidentally prescribed a low dose when I didn't want to change.Still takes a while to get in to see her
