Property Link has been managing my portfolio of properties for the last three years. I was using a smaller management company before and they could not compete with the full team approach Property Link offer. Property Link has full time Property Managers, alone with full time accounting, legal, marketing, and maintenance staff. My properties have never looked so good and never generated this much income.

The team at Property Link Management Services is exceptional. I have had the pleasure to have them represent me as an owner for the last few years and they have taken excellent care of my property and of my tenants. I also work with them in other capacities and they are always professional and very helpful. Highly recommended for all owners and for tenants looking for best in class service and products!

I was able to develop a good relationship with the team members making contacting them easy even as a student renter. They're able to answer maintenance issues either with their dedicated maintenance team or with contractors fairly fast. My roommates and I find them to be compassionate but sometimes they can get busy quickly as a small team.

Our landlord is great; however Property Link are absolutely useless at managing his property.There is a fire door from another unit into ours that has been opened NUMEROUS times - surprise, you're on your couch and somebody barges into your living room. They don't seem to tell their staff or new tenants not to open this door.We have had to call the supposed 'emergency' number outside of business hours a few times (fire alarm in other unit going off at 3am; furnace not working in middle of winter) and nobody answers.Requests for repairs either take forever or are completely ignored.Water softener is supposed to be included, however we have no access from our unit & no one ever puts salt in it.If you own property, I would recommend searching elsewhere for management services if you would like to have happy tenants.

Property Link has been managing my properties for several years. They have a well rounded team of professionals that deal with leasing, vetting tenants, collecting rent, communicating with tenants, maintenance, monthly and year end statements. I love dealing with them and would highly recommend them to any rental property owner.

We were renting a property in the Gosling Gardens Townhouse complex in Guelph for almost 3 years. This was our home and when we moved out this year, we took with us, many memories made our family while we lived there. No home is ever perfect and we did endure equipment failures, from a refrigerator that died 3 days before Christmas to a furnace dying last Christmas among the notables; Property Link was literally on top of every experience ensuring the fridge was replaced before Christmas and when the furnace could not be replaced immediately due to the heating and venting companies huge number of work orders, they brought us extra heaters to use while we waited for the replacement furnace. We do not have one negative experience with them. We do not hesitate to recommend this company from a renters perspective. To the Property Link staff, thank you for all you do.

Property Links is an outstanding property management company.I am just departing after more than10 years in one of the properties they manage. They take a lot of pride in the work they do, Their staff are incredibly helpful, responsive and solution focused. Its been to most positive rental experience I have ever had.

As a tenant, I've found the Property Link team courteous and responsive. I prefer their small-team approach to the big property management companies and individual landlords I've dealt with in the past. I've pointed a few friends in their direction and will consider them again should I re-enter the rental market in Guelph.

Property Link has managed our family's properties for over decade which has allowed us to remain completely hands off.
