For some reason i can't get a call back or reply on a replacement battery. Have stopped by & given 2 different days for del. Seems like I'm not the only one that isn't a big fan & next time you want to beak about me running you down you should read it again. I do wish i got your name today cause it would be in here. If you didn't want the business maybe you shouldn't have taken the CASH . The first time we did business you were just starting out It was all good then. All you need to do is what you say or return a call stand behind your word & product.

Hi Julia,I would have been the person you spoke with, and I really apologize for the bad experience. I definitely did not intend to make you feel that way. I definitely was far too busy at that time to take care of you properly. I tried to impart to you that we try to refer system design questions to our installers, and gave you a card for one of our installers, but in the end, it is obvious that I failed in delivering a reasonable level of care and made you feel like you were not important. All I can do is apologize, and hope that you can understand why it might have happened that way. We just aren't set up as a full-service retail shop. We prefer that people work with our retail partners and installers, but sometimes that message comes across the wrong way, as it did here, and I am truly sorry you had a bad experience.

This is not a retail location. These guys supply us as a commercial vendor and are the best in town. Anyone looking for retail business should be referred else where.

Would rate less if I could. Called and got a very annoyed response from someone who treated me like an idiot. Went into the shop to talk in person thinking that might help and was again treated like an idiot and told I don't have time for this" horrible service. Rude employee. Wouldn't suggest to anyone unless they want to he treated poorly."

Can you say Customer Service! By far the best decision was going to Jay at DC power. He took his time to research my set-up and was thorugh in his recommendations, he didnt just say it he researched first! I bought a system and instaleld it. A year later the batteries wouldnt charge. I thought it would be a total nightmare but Jay was awesome. They sent out a technician, took the bateries and ran an analysis and then totally replaced them. The next year something similar happened but Im sure its cause our windmill isnt working. Either way they ran an analysis, bayteries were fine and were super awesome and helped me get more panels to replace the windmill.Total exceptional service and standing commitment to their products. They have a customer for life!

5 star and nothing less! Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I have been a retailer of DC Power since day 1 and Chris was my rep when he worked at another battery supplier. I followed him because of his personality, honesty and knowledge.

Thanks for all the help.Chris patiently guided me thru the trouble shooting of my solar problems. Sadly I discovered that a small problem had created a larger problem.Chris and D.C.CORP then stood 100% behind their products.Couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service.
