Ice never had any issues at this Subway, even if I did I wouldn't care; It's Subway . The service was good and fast. The place seemed fast to me. The only issue I have is the menu prices they could cut the prices just a little bit, but in the end its all worth it.

I bought cookies and Oj...its subway you buy subs if you like subs go to sub way..I fricken hate subs but I like fricken cookies all kinds of fricken cookies so I went to Subway...they have really good fricken cookies. if they have vegan any fn thing I wouldnt know because I'm not vegan...I love animals BBQed...roasted...fried hell boil that meat I'll still eat it.

had no steak for the #8 we asked if changing it to chicken would be fine he said yes then said he couldn’t use the coupon for the #8 so it ended up costing $30 for 2 sandwiches

Subway in Chilliwack is a fairly exemplary franchise store. Same decent food you expect from a Subway, same prices, and solid staff.I took off a star because it's downtown Chilliwack and...well...downtown Chilliwack stuff happens in downtown Chilliwack.

Worst customer service ever. Guy doesn't even tell me the fountain drinks won't work before he sells me one and then ignored me when I wanted a bag for 4 sandwiches and an explanation. He was very rude to his coworker, some poor girl and he was rude to my son. If I ever go back its to work that out with him personally.

Guy closed 15 minutes early. We knocked on the door and he acted like we weren’t even there. Worst subway customer service I’ve ever received. #nevercomingback

I have had multiple poor experiences with this same worker. I have experienced him berate customers who have difficulty hearing, call customers “idiots” in a faint tone. I have also been in during a later shift and he has stated “that we should make use of the homeless people outside by using them to fill potholes” I wish I could say I was joking about that last one but it’s unfortunately true, he also seemed very hostile/ aggressive towards what appeared to be a newer worker. I will not go again
