We in the complex were told to remove all items 3 feet away from our fences by June 5th for fence replacement or we would face a penalty. No work has started and people in the complex along with myself are displeased at the progress.

Enfield Group is a company that is filled with a group of polite, understanding, and caring professionals. From the starting process, the team has taken care of everything for me. I am frequently away on work trips and always feel confident that my apartment complex is in the best care! 10/10 recommend.

All of my communications with the President and entire team have been very positive! The company 90 year history is quite impressive too. A Hamilton staple. They are a company who truly cares about building community that goes beyond their management and development services. I approached Greg to help combat homelessness through donating to the CMHA Hamilton Branch and he did so without hesitation. In fact, he has helped to spark a movement by encouraging others to contribute as well. I know the whole team also gives a tremendous amount to the food bank. Everyone has been kind to me. I only keep design clients where I feel it's a positive experience and all has been great so far! Much gratitude!

There are several unit owner who use other antennas on this site. Why Could not you see them.? Also, in other units, other cloth posters, metal and PVC pipes. Why do you tolerate them?More importantly, all of the parking lots which is reserved for visitors, that are occupaid Unit owner for their 2nd car including the administrators.I m soo regret for buying an Unit from This property

I’m definitely not a person to post negative about a company. However, I think I have to speak up on companies that should be out of business.Enfield group, is one of the worst unprofessional property management companies. I have three other property managements companies I work with and this one definitely takes the cake. They’re quick to rush you off the phone, don’t listen to any of your needs, do not return your calls within 72 hours, and pump up condo fees without doing any work around the property. Their employee turnover rate is ridiculous. I’ve been trying to contact my condo rep Sarah Petrie for the past 2 weeks and have yet to hear from her. I tried calling when the office opens And I get nothing but excuses from her colleagues to back her up. Apparently now she is stuck in traffic even though the office opens up at 8:30 AM. ENFIELD group, is definitely unprofessional and horrible. I had nothing but a distasteful and negative experience since 2014.

The corporation have worked with Enfield for over 10 years. Michael Bouchard became the corporation new property manager.Michael is able to listen and communicate effectively and respond to situations in a timely manner.He is very professional, resourceful and I know he will be great for the corporation. The customer service at Enfield has gone from bad to worse to horrendous. Wish I could leave negative stars because that's what this office deserves.Originally left property manager Sarah Petrie a phone message regarding a downed tree branch and water damage amongst other issues. After no returned call I followed up with an email. It's been a month now and after weekly follow up emails still nothing. Not even an explanation as to what the wait is for. I have a feeling that Sarah Petrie is not a real person.No communication, no integrity and no professionalism so I'm sure a 1 star and negative review won't even bother them. Sad.
