My experience with Jess has been amazing. She is an extremely kind and genuine person who takes pride in making people feel good about their hair... the proof is in the results!! She took her time during my consult to make sure the colours matched perfectly, and explained the process and prices transparently. I couldn't be happier with my new extensions. I have very fine hair and Jess knew just how to place and style the extensions so it would look natural and feel comfortable on my head. Her prices are scaled based on how much hair you get installed which I find to be very reasonable. I'm super impressed and definitely a customer for life now :)

Highly recommend going to Jess for extensions. She’s very professional and informative on how to care for them.I have gotten other kinds of extensions installed previously but I find the nano extensions are easier on the hair and less damaging. Other extensions I’ve had in the past easily matted at the roots but with the Nano’s I haven’t experienced any matting at all. All around a good experience and worth the price in my opinion.

I had to recently cut my hair very short because of damaged hair and I do not like having short hair soI did hair extensions for the first time and I’m loving it. Jess was so good at explaining everything that I needed to know before and after the service and she’s just very patient and kind and sweet. She will take her time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have even after you got your service, you can message her and she gets back to me pretty quickly. I definitely recommend her!

I'm getting married later this year and the only way I would be able to achieve the voluminous look I want was through hair extensions. As someone who has even dyed their hair or spent more than 30 minutes in a salon, getting nano beads was something I never thought I would be comfortable with. Jess made the entire process exciting and stress-free - I didn't have to do anything but show up on time, sit back and relax as she gently and meticulously installed 3 bundles of hair. I would never trust anyone but Jess to do this process, she is truly remarkable and passionate about what she does. No one even knew I got hair extensions, that's how good she is - seamlessly natural install, colour match perfection. Once I pulled back my hair to show people the tiny beads everyone was in awe. Can't wait to continue going back for my maintenance appointments - safe to say i'm hooked!!

I got extensions done for the first time in sept met from Jeldon. And it looks amazing you can’t even tell I have anything in my hair. Now I am getting my maintenance done and so easyPrices are great. She is amazing and great person to get extensions done from. She helps you pick the eighth colour to match your hair. Also she helps by telling you how to maintain them and make them look great for longer.
