It was past lunch, and I was craving for American style barbecue as we were walking around Mt. Pleasant. I'm glad we found this place and pleasantly surprised by the food, I gave it an 8/10, and the server was nice and friendly. Their are good selection on the happy hour menu. I would suggest you try it if you are within the area.

This small little gem was the perfect spot for a Vegan/ Carnivore duo to dine together. I had the cornbread with pulled pork and it was so delicious. The bread was just the right amount of crisp and crunch around the edges, moist and full of flavor. The presentation of the food was too pretty to not capture the memory and everything else about the meal and drinks was above average. Even their grapefruit juice was better than I’ve had and noteworthy!Having our server interact with us throughout the entire meal added to the fun. He even sat with us for a few minutes for conversation as he cheered us on to try our first ever pickle back.Great experience and a shout out to our camera shy server that we would ask for by name if only I could remember it!

Amazing vegan wings. Immediately after finishing i already planned a return visit. I recommend the Valentina hot sauce with ranch dip (all vegan). Would love to see more vegan options like cornbread or Mac and cheese

Came for brunch. The server/bartender was very attentive and offered us some beer samples when we were unsure without hesitating. Ordered the cornbread and pulled pork, absolutely delicious. Reasonably priced ($15 for a good portion with proper hash browns), and the beer on tap was affordable too. Perfect place to come when hungover for a greasy meal and a pint!

When we walked into this unassuming place, we were treated like old friends. There are plenty regulars there but as first timers, this won't be our last. We started off with the salt n pepper chicken wings. The seasoning was so delicious I was sure there was another spice. The cook said there wasn't, they were smoked. Husband had the brisket sandwich and I had the pork ribs. Felt like I was back home at a family BBQ. Tender and full of flavor. Great service, great food. We are hooked

Great experience here, majority of the menu can be made gluten free! We had their happy hour tacos and wine which tasted great. Off the regular menu, we had their brisket (which runs out relatively quick) and Nashville fried chicken sandwich (also gluten free) which also tasted great. Great to have another gluten aware/friendly restaurant in Vancouver. The service was also very accommodating and friendly.

Nice cheap PBR for happy hour. Tried all 3 sliders, pulled pork was very good. Also had the bbq platter for 2-3 people, portiom was a bit small but food was all good.

Came here on a Friday, the servers and bartenders were very welcoming. We ordered the nachos with chicken as an appy, pork butt with chili, And beef barbacoa with mac and cheese. We also ordered two drinks, the Long Island Iced Tea. And the beer with a shot of jameson. We ended up mixing the Jameson and the beer and it actually wasn't too bad. When our food came out, the sides were switched, but that was no problem cause we were gonna share anyway. Ambience was very authentic.

Awesome BBQ! The brisket and ribs are very tasty. Staff were very friendly. The Mac and cheese was the highlight for sure, if you like spice you will love it! We had the banana pudding for dessert, prefect thing to share after dinner. The coleslaw was not my favourite. Would definitely recommend this place!
