Lots of products in stock and super friendly and helpful staff. Bought bunch of odd size set screws, they had everything I needed.

I’ve visited this store in the past and the customer service has always been good. But my last visit, the customer service was outstanding. I just want to give a shout-out to Brandon who was helping with me out. Now where do I begin? So basically this woman named Summer (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong) gave me and my friend the best customer service I have ever received. She was the most helpful friendliest person I have ever met. If it wasn’t for Summer i don’t know if I’d ever go back there. She makes Bolts plus the place I want to be at. 110% worth the 25min drive. I will never go to Home Depot or Canadian tire ever again. As long as Summer is working there I’ll be giving my business to her workplace. I highly recommend Summer gets a raise, she deserves it! So kind, helpful and polite! It was my first time at this amazing store on May 9, 2023. The customer service from James was above and beyond my expectations. He was very helpful, respectful, friendly and professional. He helped me get the right bolts for my jeep and installed it. He even covered for the cost of the bolts since I didn’t have cash on hand.
