I wouldn’t recommend dealing with Toronto Black dispensary if you are from out of town.Respectfully, everyone who works for them sounds awesome, genuine, cool group of people. I’m all for new concepts, and small businesses growing their community. Thats the reason I was compelled to write this review. I hope this is seen as more constructive, as I think there should be more dispensaries like this, I just think some small tweaks could make it perfect.They have a complicated registration process, and their way of processing ID is not in compliance with KYC standards. They make you send raw photos of your government ID via email instead of in a form on their website, risking security as well as identity integrity.« Dear Black Diamond, I would be glad to help with your UI / UX, and I recommend using a third party to process and verify IDs »Not to mention the storefront is extremely sketchy, not welcoming even for new customers that just signed up.Only recommend for young locals. For professionals and traveller's who are on business, find a normal dispensary.

First members only place I’ve ever heard of. Phone number was hidden for work purposes but they told me I wouldn’t be allowed in because my number wasn’t displaying. Honesty is the best policy as you’ve stated a few times here, honestly, you could have approached that better. But hey, you have 5000+ members, go sheeple go! Question nothing! I see nothing, I know nothing, right?

I was caught off guard when they needed my ID for an account but I am super happy with my decision with going through with making this account its turely much more then just cannabis that they offer here, Gucci and his team really know there stuff about Food spots, Night live, Events, vehicles rentals, Game timedudes even have Go Karts for rent honesty mind blown.Highly recommended to all locals and tourist.110% ill be back

Who ever is responding to these negative reviews needs to get mental evaluation. Also you can take my IP address and put it you know where, you can't do anything with my IP address clown. Also claiming u have 5000 members when you can't even take a bit of criticism is comical. No sane person would do business with a company that is run by a adult with a child brain. Get some help
