Had to go through a chain of people just to get to the right department. Wanted two things installed but they always only remembered one. I reminded the receptionist then reminded the technician then had to ask for it to be on the quote. Didn't end up hiring them due to the poor customer service.

Was trying to purchase a new heat pump and air handler system which is an expensive investment, talked by email with Cameron for 2 days when he then asked what seer rating i was looking for, i explained i didnt know what that meant (if i was a professional i would install my own system!) and since then its been 10 days with no response, i have sent multiple more emails trying to hear back but nothing so i will move on to a company that can put a little more effort in, thanks

We had our air conditioner break down during the hottest week of summer so far. GLT was friendly, professional, efficient. Their staff were fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful! They removed my old AC and installed the new one in less than a day. Had my house cool in no time. Highly recommend GLT!

we needed our furnace fixed as it would just turn off they came accessed it and ordered part were quick to come replace the part but we had to call the after hours guy because it was still turning off so he replaced the thermostat upstairs. thank you to Darren Krentz and the awesome team he has working for him. our home is nice and warm now . Merry Christmas to you all

We were very happy with the service received. The estimate was done the day I called, and the furnace install was finished by the end of the week. The entire GLT crew showed up on time and were good to deal with. The installers were courteous, tidy, and thorough. In addition, they were extremely pleasant with my young kids being curious and asking them questions. We would highly recommend GLT!! Thanks again!

We had GLT Heating and Cooling come to give us a quote on replacing our furnace and AC unit. They serviced our older equipment and said it did not require replacing. Two other companies were more than happy to spend our money. Thankyou GLT for the honesty.
