Always the best ice cream!! Manager is super friendly and chats up a storm, makes you feel very welcome.

It's alright. Good quality, lots of selection (besides the ice cream, there isn't much to choose from) and very pricey.

The Laura Secord company has gone completely to the dogs. It used to be the place to buy quality chocolates especially for special occasions. I was in the Peterborough store today trying to buy chocolates for valentine's day and they had nothing I would buy. I went online thinking I would find a better selection there, but alas the same dull offerings. Gone are the days when you could buy a nice box of chocolates. I guess I will have to write them off as a supplier and look elsewhere. Very disappointing.

OMG! The beautiful girl who served me was simply amazing. She recommended her taste of ice cream. I would definitely visit here the next time I visit Peterborough. I do hope that I will be able to see the employee. Her service was exceptional. Her attitude was beyond words. She should be rewarded for her amazing customer service. I am so tempted to add her name here. She's a student as well. Beautiful, kind, super sweet.

Friendly staff but Christmas products that should be in abundance were not even coming in until the 21st. Out of tons of stock and no gift bags. Head office has let this outlet down big time. Drove over an hour and they had nothing I wanted. Unfortunate but I will not be coming back. Call before you visit so you won't ve disappointed.

Would not take my sale yesterday. Register wasn't working, employee wouldn't except cash. Excat change. Told me to come back the next day. Ridiculous. More training required for this store. They legit walk out at mall closing time. So obviously they've already shut down the till and gave up. I see them standing with coats on at 10 minutes to close. Great way to retain customers. Not.

Lovely little store in the mall, the teenager who worked there by herself on a Sunday was so patient with my son who didn’t know what flavour of ice cream he wanted. She let him take his time looking at the varieties before deciding on Super Kid, which is usually always sold out.

I went there today to inquire about their no sugar added chocolate and was treated as if I were an annoyance. The employee took a while to even acknowledge me even though I was standing right in front of her.Once acknowledged I asked if the no sugar added had any sugar at all and was given a shrug as a reply. I asked if she could check the nutrition facts on the back of the package as it was behind the counter and I couldn’t check it for myself and she sighed and instead checked the shipping boxes the chocolate came in, said it only says the ingredients and then walked out from behind the counter and started arranging shelves.I apologized since it seemed as if I was bothering her and asked if she could check the back of the actual chocolate bar package to see if it had nutrition facts on the back like the other bars and she wouldn’t and said it only showed the ingredients which honestly doesn’t make any sense as all the other bars showed the facts.I simply wanted to see if I could buy chocolate there for my diabetic boyfriend for valentines days and was treated as if she couldn’t be bothered. I found her to be rude and unhelpful and will not be spending money there ever.

We here approximately 20 minutes before close and the lady ignored me for about 5 minutes. Then I asked if I could get sugar free chocolate she said only if I was paying debit as she had already taken the till off. I replied by reminding her that they are open till 6 and should be working till 6pm. Not telling customers that they are only welcome if paying debit not cash! Insane.
