Went through Signature Sold as first time renters, neither of the two agents we spoke with seemed to know anything about the property we were interested in. When we weren't accepted for this property one of those same agents we were working with said she'd send me some other places to look at knowing we had pets and that it was 3 of us moving into a home together. That same agent only sent me listings for tiny no pets allowed" apartments with no parking. Made me feel like she didn't really care to help us find a home. Very disappointing to say the least hope that maybe we can work with a different person at Signature Sold and have a better experience."
