Absolutely stunning. Roman of RDI in Richmond managed to take a 2016 Mercedes Benz C300 and make it showroom ready. I purchased this vehicle used, aside from a few minor touchups, the car was in fantastic shape, that is, until Roman paint corrected and applied a full Gtechniq ceramic coating to all painted surfaces, glass, plastic and wheel fronts. My headlights and taillights look as if they were replaced with brand new Mercedes Benz factory ones, they look that good. The whole experience was great. I was kept in the loop of all the work being done. I received photos of my vehicle in the stages of being Ceramiced. Roman is very good at his trade, explaining how things were done and all details of my vehicles coatings. I wouldn't hesitate going to him for any of my detailing.

I got a 5y ceramic coating, Roman clearly cares about the quality both in product and application. He explained what he would do, how long it would take, and any other questions I asked. My impression is that he is somewhat of a perfectionist. Got my brand new BRZ full frontal PPF and entire car ceramic coated 2 weeks ago and the car looks amazing. Roman and his team are incredibly easy to work with, when I dropped off the car I had already gotten a small rock chip but Roman went out of his way to fill it before the PPF. He was also very accommodating and sent progress pictures during the process. I bought my NX450h+ a month ago and wanted to try ceramic coating for the first time. I found out about RDI Detailing online through goggle reviews and basically comparing it with other detail shops around Vancouver.I was a bit skeptical at first regarding the whole thing. I emailed RDI Detailing with a bunch of questions and Roman replied and answered all of them with quick respond and professionalism. Roman didn't upsell or pressure me into any of his services or products. In the end, I decided to get the ceramic coating package that I wanted.The whole process was swift and finished in a timely manner. I was updated daily with photos of my vehicle. When I went to pick it up, I wasn't rushed to pay. Roman slowly explain to me and gave me advice on how to maintain the coating and how to properly clean my car. The whole experience was very professional and felt very pleasant. I could feel that Roman has a deep passion when it comes to detailing.Great service, professional, honest, no BS. I shopped around at many different shops but only after talking to Roman did I decide to go with him. He is very passionate about his work and you can tell he is a car guy and perfectionist. My wife and I are very happy with the work that he did. Roman did an excellent job on my wife's car. Since it was already 9 years old it was showing a lot of wear and tear. We had him ceramic coat the exterior and detail the interior. I didn't except it to look brand new when he was done. It literally looks like it rolled off the showroom floor.
