2 guys came over a 4 day span. 1st day they cleaned my furnace sensor and tightened some bolts and charged $160. 2 hours later I had the same problem. I called the next day and they said I needed to replace the inductor fan for $460 but they had to order the part so they came the following day. Within 1.5 hours of them leaving, I still had the same problem.The next day, they arrived conveniently with a circuit board knowing what the problem was. Said they'd only charge me cost ($226) and not labour but really they overcharged me, after doing a Google search. So really I paid for the part and labour. The guys were knowledgeable but either incompetent or dishonest and advantageous. If you're into being exploited and taken advantage of then give these guys a call.

One of the very few companies that doesn't rip you off. They are honest in every sense and charge you only what needs to be charged. Ohms has serviced our washer dryer, gas stove, and has looked after our HVAC system as well. They know their stuff.

They arrived around 3pm to fix the AC in my house, checked the AC, went to the basement to check and fix the fuse box and were gone in about 40 minutes with the AC working as good as new. Much faster than expected and much cheaper than I was expecting too. Would highly recommend.

My furnace failed a week before Christmas. I called the people at Ohms for the 1st time and they had someone out the next morning. I can normally troubleshoot / fix common issues on my own but this was a more complicated issue. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and with zero ego was able to quickly get to the root cause. As others have mentioned, there was no upsell and the technician did not repeat my troubleshooting steps just to inflate the bill. This company charges a fair price for their service and are only interested in getting you back up and running as opposed to charging you for things you don’t need. My furnace was an older model and they found the best after market options for me to consider. In the end, my problem was solved within 24 hours. I can’t imagine Ohms providing anything but knowledgeable staff, good advice, and respectful service. I plan to use them again when needed in the future.

I consulted Ohms Mechanical Service to diagnose and repair the air conditioning in my house. It was not cooling as expected. Two technicians arrived within the time frame specified on the same day as my call. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They identified the issue and rectified it promptly. They were fair with the cost for the diagnosis and repair (No up-sell for unnecessary services). They also gave me some helpful tips for maintaining my furnace+AC properly.
