Excellent experience with DrainWorks today! JP was able to fit me in within a few hours, which was much appreciated! (Thanks, JP!) Armando and Josh did a great job unclogging our pipes. Armando explained the problem with our old plumbing which was causing this repeat issue, and a fix that would prevent clogs in the future. Great, fast, friendly service, at a very reasonable price. We had a nightmare sewage backup and Drain Works coordinated everything lightning quick and our front yard and steps were returned back to normal in less than two days. and they even saved our tree!Knowledgeable, friendly, patient - they took the time to respond to our questions and walked us through different options and scenarios - and most importantly, super responsive and fast.Definitely recommend and will be calling them in when we get to renovating our basement kitchen and bath.

Sudden leak that ruined part of ceiling and walls ( drywall ) in my finished basement was quickly/properly fixed by these guys - top notch service from initial contact to completion of job. Absolutely everything happened as discussed / promised. Everything explained including charges. I was shocked to see how clean the area was left when completed. Chris, the on-site team member, even recommended and explained how the existed other areas of the pipes would malfunction in a short time frame - so on his professional opinion / suggestion - I am totally confident in the complete repair to this area of pipe work within my home. Drain Works were such a help to me when I was house sitting recently. A basement drain backed up, and as an apartment renter, I had no experience in dealing with this type of issue. They were extremely fast to get someone to me, INCREDIBLY patient with me and my stress about the whole situation. They had things fixed up in no time and I can't recommend them enough. FIVE STARS!

These guys are always my go-to for plumbing issues - I don't even bother calling anyone else. They are responsive, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and their work is top-quality every time. Good value for the money paid, because you know they're doing it right, and they always keep you apprised of anything that comes up while they're working. Today I had a massive, ancient concrete laundry tub (probably a few hundred pounds in weight) replaced by Chris Leger. It was threatening to burst at the bottom and completely flood my laundry room. In about 6 hours, the old tub was broken up and hauled out and a brand new sink put in with plumbing redone. It looks great, will function even better, and I'm really happy with it. Chris was awesome, and he left everything completely cleaned up and tidy - these guys are seriously the best! I just wish the rest of my laundry room looked as good as that new sink :)

Very impressed with the work of Chris and his assistant Josh, they were very professional and you knew straight away that you could trust them. Chris has many years of experience and it shows in the quality of his work. JP who made the appointment was also very professional and helpful.

I had an emergency kitchen sink clog. Called DrainWorks. They arrived in an hour. Lou and Josh came in and did a superb job. Really professional and neat. My kitchen is back to service.

Was supposed to be a simple install of a new toe tester in the tub but Chris specialist, installed a new pipe, re-affixed and bolted in other fixtures as well - all for the same price. The plumbing specialist was quick and did a very good job.From the moment called, John Paul, the manager was very knowledgeable, quoted me, was upfront on pricing, knew the product and services well and even followed up when I quicker appointment freed up. Excellent customer service all around.

This is the third time that I have used their services over the last two years for various jobs. Each time has be top notch service. This time was for a shower repair. Chris the plumber was very friendly, professional, explained what he was doing, answer all my questions and concerns. Repairs to shower was done on time, neat and professional. Complete cleanup afterwards. JP who co-ordinated the service call was great also. Will certainly used their services again
