This is one of the best in the neighbourhood. Honestly, there aren’t many competitors. Food is ok but a little pricey. This location is very busy and sometimes there is will a long lineup. It’s a good place if you need chinese food. Good variety of food.

They always serve delicious meal. This is our favourite Chinese restaurant. Good serving with really good taste and good prices. Pork BBQ sliced never been absent to our table.

The food was great! Because aside from its delicious taste, it has a big serving. Also, I was shocked because the price was very affordable. However, they require you to give some tips ( I don't mind giving a tip, but they require 7% of your bill to be your tip). Despite of requiring some tips, I will definitely come back there!

Dropped in for dinner with family on a super busy Saturday night. I haven't seen a restaurant this busy in a while. We had seating in 15 mins, ordered the BBQ spare rib/pork (was ok) and the ginger beef and chicken/veg low mein (the latter 2 were great). Considering how extremely busy it was we were served relatively well. In terms of value I can say it was alright, I believe there was a time that it was better value. Atmosphere is Allright.

Let me save you a bad experience. Do not EVER come to this location for dinner at 9pm when the restaurant closes at 10. You’ll be treated like an animal. I happened to come here with a friend at 9pm, fully aware they close at 10 but also fully aware they are extremely fast with the orders, so we were not concerned. As we walked in, they were already cleaning the place and we were told they were about to close. No, you close at 10, so they could not refuse us. If you wanna close at 9, update your hours.We sat down and we were told multiple times to order fast and through the app, as that would have been faster. We were also told we had to pay by 9.30pm. By 9.30, my friend did not receive his food yet but he was asked to pay. He of course refused until he received the food. Not even 30 seconds later the same rude waitress came back to make us pay. They never brought us water, they forgot my friend’s drink, cutlery was DIRTY and while we were eating already in a rush we were given the takeout boxes. While we were trying to pack our food to leave (this happened before 10pm) they were already cleaning our table while we were still sitting. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. You deserve zero tips for this service. The hours clearly say that this restaurant is open until 10pm. You want to refuse or treat paying customers like this from 9pm? Update your hours.They are extremely nice in the location downtown but here they don’t deserve your tips at all, a whole other level of rudeness.Since all negative reviews are pointing out the rudeness of the staff, is the manager even interested in addressing this issue at all?

I love Congee Queen. We always order our Go To: fried rice, supreme seafood congee, beef. Service is rushed but that is a given at Chinese places. The A/C was told cold and made the food go cold faster and I felt cold with a long sleeve. Otherwise a great place to get Yue cuisine. (Jasmine tea was great) 10% discount with cash payment!

The worst the worst and the Absolute worst ever! I would never come back here every again and don’t recommend this to any one not even my family or friends. Don’t go here. The worst service ever. I didn’t tip because ofThat because tip is based on service. I haven’t been to this place in years and decided to come back today and it was a big mistake to and I shouldn’t had came back. Had the worst service and had to wait long to order. No one came so we had to call a server when they usually are the ones to come and take the order. One of the dish that we ordered we ordered and knew it was snowpeas leaf and were under the impression that it was just the snowpeasLeaf with no sauce. But this oneHad sauce and it doesn’t say anything or look like anything like that in the menu… so we brought it to the servers attention and he couldn’t help so asked to speak to the manager and he was completely useless his name is Kenny and was useless didn’t help at all.. couldn’t make a one time exception as a manager too and said they can’t do anything because it’s a waste.. well it’s a waste of us too that we are paying for it and it’s expensive.. you know what I did I paid for it and left it to showThem that it’s not good. The snow peas wasn’t even good and not fresh and hard we spatIt out it was gross. So we paid for it and left it to show to them it’s not good not only that I didn’t TIP because it was the absolute worst experience ever and the manager made it worst for not doing anything either. TipIs based on service by the way and it’s not mandatory and it was the worst service ever today. Never going back here ever again and would recommend any. Other place but this.

Really amazing portions (you’ll likely to end up with leftovers after!) and worth for what you pay for. The menu had really great amount of options to choose from and they have a QR code menu if you want more visual pictures of the food items.The place is really busy but they get you seated pretty quickly if you’re in a smaller group. I would recommend calling ahead if you plan to have a larger group. The service was friendly. I would highly recommend this location!

Shrimp wonton soup is just ok. Feels like pretty low quality but it is huge and cheap ($10). Fast and friendly service. Can’t really complain too much for the price and all, but not my favorite.

We had some great food here while visiting the Toronto area. Love the endless pot of hot tea! We have visitors several locations and the food is just as good at each one. This is a must visit if you like Chinese food! Try the fried turnips, so yummy!!!!
