The service was great! They made the whole experience smooth and easy.However, the price was unexpectedly high. I did some research and saw couple reviews saying they rented bike for 3 hours and got charged $16-17. Now it's more like $11.50 per hour (including $2 charge for a basket). I was bit disappointed with the price but if you are all about good customer servcie, I highly recommend this place.

Super fair pricing on the rental bikes and uncomplicated process! Only took a couple of minutes until we had our bikes and could start exploring the city. Ash, the owner of the shop, is a really nice and humorous guy. This was a great experience!

We enjoyed the scooter a lot but there was a little miscommunication with the owner and I (said that we can use up all the scooters battery life and still pay $30) and ended up paying over $30 each. But he was kind enough to give us a discount due to misunderstanding. Maybe I just had a bad experience with the pricing but the scooters were really good!

I cycled around Stanley park. It was a really enjoyable and beautiful experience. Such friendly and helpful staff. Bikes are really top quality and prices are good.

Great location very near Stanley Park. Nice people, reasonable rates. VERY used equipment. My e-bike had a serious electrical short at the handlebar. In order for the electrical assist to work, you had to prop your finger in such a way under a jury-rigged wire to complete the circuit. The rest of the bike had several meters of black electrical tape all over it. Bald tires. They gave me a discount when I returned and showed them the short.Again, really nice people and location, but their bikes have been rode HARD. Do a full inspection and make sure it all works before going far.

E-bike review: A good place to rent ebikes for novices but not for experiencd e-bike riders. My friend loved it as he never rode an ebike before. Staff was super cool but I can't lie, the ebikes we got were really beat up & old. All the attachments were poorly tightened and everything felt rickety and on the verge of falling apart, and made really weird noises when riding. So I wouldn't recommend this place if you want a brand nice quality e-bike.

These guys have won a customer for life with my experience with them today.This was about my third time renting from here, and the bike ended up with a flat and the tire was in a rough shape when I walked the bike back from the park. Instead of being blamed or questioned for the bike's condition, they handed me a cold water from the fridge, apologized for my experience with the bike, and waived all fees for the day.I was really amazed by their professionalism and will definitely be back for any bike rental needs. 10/10 business.
