Best latex mattress I purchased, thanks guys.

They were out of stock of the specific sheet sets that I ordered, but they kindly offered to build me one with the remaining open stock that they had. The sheets are fantastic for the price, and I experienced great service!

I don’t typically leave reviews but after my experience in shop yesterday evening I can’t help but express my fondness for this business. I was referred to this business by a client of mine at work, and I can understand why. The associate that helped me was absolutely amazing. Extremely well educated ended up, helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Without ever being too pushy or seeming like they were just trying to push a sale. I felt a sample piece of my bedding before purchasing it, and my bedding felt the exact same if not better after first wash. I will definitely be a returning costumer.

I found their online store while searching for a 100% cotton duvet insert - the price was VERY affordable compared to other all-cotton duvets I had found online. Duvet arrived and it's very nice quality, much nicer than I even expected. Will definitely order from North Shore Linens again. Not a fancy website by any means but I love all the organic cotton options and the reasonable pricing.

I wanted to buy a new summer duvet because my partner and I both sleep hot and sometimes have night sweat. I don’t live in Vancouver so I had to call in for a recommendation. The owner, Matt, gave me great advice about what bedding and duvet is good for hot and sweaty sleepers. I initially was asking about wool or silk duvet because I heard they are good for hot sleepers. But Matt steered me towards a cotton duvet for me as a summer duvet ( which is the cheapest one of the bunch). Also bought a latex contour pillow from here. Handling and shipping to Ontario took about 5 business day. I received it on day 5 or 6 after the order date. Shipping cost is about $20 for my order which is more than reasonable. The price is honestly tough to beat. Everything is very reasonable. Will buy here again

My products arrived so quickly even during the busy holiday season, the descriptions on products online were written by the shop curator, rather than just using stock language by manufacturers, and the products are high quality with lower prices than I've found in Greater Victoria Area at any of the merchants. Would love to shop local" but price is a big deciding factor for me and I loved to support this Canadian company and local (BC) business.As well

I have been doing business with North Shore Linens for over 4 years now. I have been impressed with the quality and service every time. Their sheets have stood the test of time in my many vacation rentals, and feel soft even after all this time. I would certainly recommend their business!

I live in Toronto and purchased an organic foam chip pillow. I was so excited to be supporting a Canadian company. The pillow arrived and when I unwrapped it there was a very strong “plastic” smell. I aired out the pillow for two days prior to using. When I used it the third day the smell was still so strong it prevented me from sleeping. I sent this concern to the company and they suggested I continue to air out or put in the dryer for a short time. I did both these things and the “stink” is still there. The cost of sending the pillow back is too high so I have wasted my money.I just want consumers to know that the pillows smell so bad they are not useable.
