8 Silver Maple Court in Brampton - the best building with wonderful staff. Once again, a maintenance request was completed within a couple of hours with no fuss or muss. In fact, it was completed while we were still sleeping. To everyone who works here, thank you.

Great service! Amazing service, timely and friendly. Put in a maintenance request and within minutes the technician was at my door. Fixed the problem, carefully put everything back in place and cleaned the work area. Also gave good advice of how to best handle requests in the future. Made my day!

I have been a resident of Quadreal Waterford Tower in Mississauga for many years. Living here has been a happy comfortable experience for me to call home. The staff is friendly, helpful, prompt and professional. The building with it's well appointed suites and common areas are perfectly maintained in this clean and quiet environment. I would recommend this building as home.

Not sure why there is a one star (without any explanation). But I'm a tenant (Downtown Toronto) with Quad Real from last 12 months and it was a pleasant experience. Received a rebate on my initially agreed rental, online portal for rent payments, grievances registry (Response is same day or next day). What else do we expect from a real estate company.

We have enjoyed living in our building for almost eight years. After being home owners for ~40 years, we now love the stress-free ease of living here. Most common areas are kept clean & sanitary and any maintenance concerns are handled promptly by the friendly, professional staff.
