I got insurance from the AiA Insurance Broker Ltd, they gave me Pem Bridge company Insurance $330/month was the agreement I signed. Few days later agent calls and says monthly premium will be $370, I asked for a reason and he had no justifiable reason behind it. I felt like bieng scammed.I called Pembridge to tell them about the AiA Insuarnce Brokers Ltd, and informed about, they says you have to deal with you insurance agent only, company can not do anything.So after lots of emails and phones, I finally got my policy cancels and agent says I have to penality. So I had to keep agrguing through email and also had to say that I will go for RIBO complaint & Lawsuit to get justice. Finally the agent's supervisor agreed to pay me the penality amount.I have to travel 50km to their office to collect the penality amount in cash.Worse experience, 2 stars are just because i got penality amount back.

My current auto insurance is through this company and Mr. Chinderpal was very helpful throughout the whole process and he helped me get the best quote in the market. I highly recommend this company for all your insurance needs. Mr. Chindepal is your go-to guy for everything.
