TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Amazing customer service at this branch!! I went in today to check if a transfer that I sent to myself from another bank had gone through. Unfortunately, it didn't and I needed funds right away to pay a deposit for a home purchase. Although I had a back up plan, George (TD) helped me go over all the options. He was very knowledgeable and honestly such a lifesaver! He waited patiently while we waited for a TD-TD transfer to come through. I was really stressed out as it was my first home purchase, but George was very very helpful. I can't thank him enough! He was also so easy to talk to, which made the whole waiting process even better. I think this was my third visit at this branch and every experience I've had has been great! Excellent team!

Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience and conduct your business elsewhere.I went to this branch to make a payment with bank drafts from another financial institution and was mishandled by 3 separate staff. I was adamantly advised the bank drafts (which had the original pink backing receipt) would need to be certified by the issuing bank and put on our on hold but first they needed to be reissued and made out to me because the bill was in my name. The instruction to have the drafts reissued in my name was completely incorrect and totally contradicted the payment instructions I previously received. After spending two hours on the phone with the issuing financial institution and a TD specialist, respectively, it was confirmed I had taken the correct steps. I decided to go to another TD branch in the area and was able to make my payments without issue within 10-15 minutes.After this experience I no longer have confidence in the knowledge or service provided at this location and will not be returning.

Incredibly unhelpful and rude. They didn't understand what I needed even though it was a simple request. Never going back there again.

I would like to actually give a special review to Noor. She always goes out of her way to help us. She is committed to her clients, she has great knowledge and always has a positive attitude. We are very lucky Noor works in our TD branch!

I just called this branch for my personal banking to get some information and one of the worker was very rude and straight forward.i can understand they are closing at 6 but she was so rude and hung up on me without saying bye. I mean are working in the bank.,in Canada.theu should learn some manners and they should be more professional.very bad.

Never had a bad experience here. This is second most closest branch to me and I will prefer going farther for this branch. Closest branch is 45 overlea branch in east york town centre and they are the worst branch in Canada!

Excellent staff working at this Branch. I moved my personal accounts from Thorncliffe to this Branch.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes. There was 2 tellers. 1 teller was stuck with a business acct the other was being helped by the woman who was sitting in the office nearest to the front line. Then 1 teller told her hes off and they both walked away leaving the guy who was stuck with the business customer. No MCE in sight. The woman didnt stay to help nothing. Finally someone else came out to help. Writing this from the line. 20 mins later, still waiting.
