Unfortunately I have to amend my rating.I have regularly shopped here for my dogs food and treats. Every month I have received my seniors discount until this week. When I returned to the store to draw this to staff's attention. I was perfunctorily advised the owner had changed the policy and seniors were required to ask to receive the discount. Staff seemed disinterested and made no effort to address my concerns.Unfortunately. I will not be shopping here anytime soon.

Always a wonderful experience here! When my hunny had to go in alone without me the one time, the staff there helped him with everything that he needed for our wee pup. (I guess they noticed he looked a little lost). They are always so warm and welcoming, and you can feel their love for animals. This is the only place that we shop at for all of our furbaby's needs.

They are very friendly and always make sure I get the most out of their promotions. It is also very nice of them to showcase cats for adoption in the their front window. The cats also have a run just below the ceiling throughout the store. How thoughtful.

Always a pleasure to stop in. Prices are competitive, love the food rewards program, store is always clean and well stocked, and the staff are just lovely. I purchase a popular brand of dry food, so it's usually on pallets in one of the central areas; occasionally I walk right past it if they've had to switch it from one spot to another, but everyone is very helpful in helping to find it when needed so it's never a problem for me.

Good pet store. Nice people. Has a good variety of pet supplies. I go for the frozen raw dog food and the cat GO food, and some treats of all sorts. They usually have decent stock.

My favourite pet supplies chain. My dogs only eat Lifetime food, which is available at most (but not all) locations. Awesomely friendly staff at every one. These folks really are nuts about animals!

All the staff at Global Orangeville are always very friendly and eager to help with any questions you may have! I’ve never had a bad experience shopping here and it’s always a pleasure to interact with the staff. You can tell they have a true love for animals and are therefore passionate at providing help to customers to make their fur babies healthy and thrive.
