I do a limited amount of Golf Cart repair in Port Rowan and I deal with Chris in part's department. I ordered a few parts yesterday afternoon... and had them shipped to me here.I was JUST handed my box of parts!!THAT is GREAT customer service!!Thanks Chris!!

Brought my zero turn mower to have them check out what’s wrong with it. They told me they’d give me a call back in a couple days. Week passes by and no call back so I decide to call them only for them to tell me that the machine is ready for pick up. I get there to pick up the machine and get handed a $600 repair bill. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the first shop I’ve been to in my entire life that carry’s out repairs without the approval of the customer. After confronting the owner of the business, I was met with the most disrespectful inconsiderate clown who did not have a single care in the world about what had happened. The worst part is, my mower experienced the same problem a few weeks later that they supposedly “fixed” without my approval. I would strongly suggest you stay away from this place because not only do they do shady business, but the owner is disrespectful who only looks to run away with your money.

Fantastic experience. Thanks to Chris for the time and care to look after the sale. Extremely professional and courteous. Timely follow up calls to make sure all was OK. Glen and Heidi available on their day off to allow for delivery was amazing. Great customer service.!!

Horrible customer service. We bought a golf cart last year and it never worked properly from the moment it arrived to our site. Now our batteries are completely dead and they said our warranty was not one year as told but one summer season. I would never buy anything from them again and would not recommend anyone else do either. Their staff could learn a thing or two on how to speak to customers and then maybe they would have better retention. Wish we had never bought from them in the first place.

Hands down best and efficient customer service by Paul and the team! No time wasted, he showed us a bunch of options and purchased on the spot; even with our crazy requests (monkey struts), he delivered! Thank you so much!

Very dissatisfied, total disrespect to small customers. You guys took forever to do a simple repair, preventing me from using my snowblower the whole winter, lost my second year of warranty without you guys telling me the warranty didn't apply for my specific problem, proceeded in a way I didn't request, and didn't take two minutes to inform me how you wanted to proceed! Something in your communicating process is very wrong

Worst customer service ever! The older gentleman that gave me my cart back after paying 800 in repairs.. tells me oh ya its not running and I don't have time to deal with it its friday" call Dale on Monday for details.. when on the phone they told my husband it was running and ready to go.. that 3 new batteries are needed but it will still run right now.. If we were told it needed those batteries right away for it to run we would have just replaced them.. But nope here we sit with a broken golf cart after in the repair shop for 3 weeks.. to fix two problems.. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!!"

These guys are awesome! I have been dealing with them for over 10 years for all my small engine needs. Have referred many friends and all are very happy with the sales and service staff.

Very helpful. Chris is Parts takes the time to talk and explain everything. Never felt rushed and answered all the questions. Much more enjoyable buying locally in person then on a faceless website.
