Well I was referred to this small company trying to keep it local dealing with small companies I never expected to get such I poor experience that I would have to share!Started making a deal in middle of October as of December 15th still never had a product to install!! Got tired of hearing Barb say hey wait a minute buddy slow down!Decided to go to another company in the same town had all my product the same day imagine how disappointed it was for me to find out I waited for over two and a half months for nothingAs i figured you would, blame the customer, but you and I both know the real story!

Great wett certification but one suggestion, never tell a potential customer to go one line for answers to questions. Instead of shopping with you, now they're looking elsewhere.

These people installed a wood stove for us wrong. It was so bad wee had to go to the company to get him to come back and fix. More worried about his beer. Overcharged us for stove. If we had the money at the time I would have sued. Total joke of a company. This was when they were in vernon

Extremely helpful with recommendations that worked! I wish I would have contacted them to take care of the whole propane to natural gas conversion from A-Z.... they picked up my situation in the middle and made it all work out fine in the end. Highly recommend these fine folks!

Bought a Regency Insert and liner from Barb fall of 2019. Great Lady! Really enjoyed our chats. Gave me a darn good deal, and I'm really happy with the insert. It's the new style with the Catalytic in the chimney, takes some getting used to but works great.

Drove there from out of town on a day that they should have been open but they were closed. Called the store number and the message basically said they show up sometimes if they feel like it.
