Bike Barn

Now I see why people buy stuff online instead of supporting the local bike shop. Bike Barn ordered a bike rack for me that doesn't fit my vehicle. Won't take it back though it is brand new in box with all packaging. Should have purchased it through amazon or the manufacturer's site or basically anywhere except the Bike Barn. (The combative stance toward customers, embodied in their reply, is on-brand for the Bike Barn, as is the baseless justification).

Recently, I took my Trek e-bike in to get a flat tire fixed. Their service was quick, while I waited, and friendly and knowledgeable. Prices very reasonable. Upon helping put my bike into the back of my car, the front light broke off. It was no problem and no cost to me to have it fixed immediately and I was on my way. The Bike Barn is the best in town and I will go no elsewhere else now. Thanks!

A fantastic service experience. I cracked my rim on day 1 of a 3 day MTB trip to Penticton. The guys in the shop searched high and low for something that would work, and finally found a loaner wheel" that would fit my bike. I simply left my name & number

The folks at the barn managed to squeeze me in later in the day to replace a rear wheel bearing and had it ready in less than 2 hours. Great service to keep my cycle training going while I’m away from home.

We found my bike at Bike Barn in my small frame size, when no one else had it anywhere! Not even in the states. We purchased this Rocky Mountain Altitude and had excellent customer service through the process. The guys were very detailed and attentive. I love this bike and we’ll definitely use them again if we have a need!

We were on a bike/camping trip at the beginning of May. We had an issue with some back brakes on a bike and called the shop first thing at 9am. They said they were short mechanics and super busy but to swing by anyway. They changed out our brakes and had us up and running by 11am.The case of beer we left was well deserved. Thanks guys!

It was time for my wife to invest in a good bike and we decided to try the bike barn. Turned out to be a fantastic decision as we were helped by a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guy named Matthew. He was attentive, personable and worked hard to present good options over different price points and provide reasons for each option. Matthew just secured our business for any and all future cycling needs!

Huge shout out to the staff! I’m learning how to repair my own bike and they’ve gone beyond expectations to not only teach me, but make sure I know what I’m doing. Matt the mechanic especially is an all star! I bring my 3 year old with me and the staff is super friendly and keeps him occupied while I’m learning. I had some minor mechanical problems with my bike. I am day four into my Trans Canada bicycle adventure. I tried to get a bike shop in Hope to look at it, but the owner there told me three weeks. He couldn't/wouldn't help me.I made it to the next bike shop in Penticton, and I am glad I did. The Bike Barn mechanic was super helpful. He also said he was booking out three weeks but they always make time for emergency, he regreased my crank shaft, and fixed all the minor issues with my bike. When I asked him how much, he said no charge". He also give me advice to take to head North to Vernon.After I decided to check out their store. The service was awesome. The sales person was super helpful and knowledgeable.This is an awesome store with high focus on service. I was truly impressed and highly recommend this place. 5 stars!"

Just bought a Trek X-Caliber bike from Jeff. Excellent service and selection. Listened to my needs and found me the perfect bike . Putting accessories on now so I can pick it up later today. Highly recommend the Bike Barn and Jeff!
