The staff is very friendly and doing their best. However, they need back up from their leadership team and hire more staff to combat their busy hours.

It really depends on the day but the cashier's most times are short with people and don't want to help or deal with a customer. They don't listen properly to orders most days, rarely stir the coffees properly, and good luck getting a sleeve for the overheated coffee.Mostly clean though, floors not so much but it is very snowy.

Your xelivery service on skip the dishes is like.... none existent. Why even have skip if your not gunna be open on it half the time? I'd do uber eats but their 6$ for a delivery fee. I'd order from here but ya'll aint open half the time on the app.

I went through drive through to get the remake of my farmers breakfast wrap today because Monday when I got one they forgot to put any hashbrown in it. I had called Monday after it happened and they took my name and number and assured me they would remake it. None of the employees new any info and I had to repeat myself 5 times to 2 different employees. Finally I told the guy I was talking to if they didn't know what I was talking about I would just pay because I didn't want to hold everyone up in line. I had to repeat this twice to him and repeat my order again. Finally I asked if he could hurry up because as I said I didn't want to be holding up the line. He interrupted me as I was saying this and said Oh Yea

What used to be one of the best for service has dropped drastically. The staff have become indifferent, they rarely will share a smile, and they have become lethargic in attitude. The menu items meet the standard but just barely. I hope my future visits will change this review.

I've been frequenting this Tim Hortons for a very long time, in the past few months the service level has dropped significantly low, I am there almost every day at the same time 0630pm. 3.5 hours before closing and they never have what I want to order. Twice in the past Four days I've been told they have no donuts" not even one!! Very disappointed and they have now lost a customer

When your not forgetting how to make my order and making me feel like I'm getting ripped off, the words sorry just doesn't cut it and not making up for it ever!On another note shame on you for being inhumane. what I witnessed today how your staff refused a Foreign woman her money so she could eat. This beautiful person is going through a horrible situationin in her life and the only money she had was a American $100 BILL. She pulled out all her ID including her passport and you still refused her. I'm just glad I was there to pay for her meal, and I sure don't need Tim Horton's Pathetic words of, thank you! What you guys did was inhumane! Kicking a person when they're already down, shame on you, I'm disgusted.

Slow and unorganized. They had plenty of staff behind the counter but it seemed like most of them were just bumbling around each other and getting things for the drive through while the inside line up was backed up out the door and on the sidewalk. The person who took my order didn't seem to know much about the product offered, after waiting in the long and incredibly slow moving line up for about 20 minutes I'd say I am told the ice Capp machine is down and that was all I had wanted to get so the employee offers me a chocolate chill instead and I ask if an espresso shot can be added to that and he didn't know, and he didn't bother to ask anyone and find out either. He just said I dunno and stared at me. So I get the chocolate chill because I waited all that time and it was disappointing. I don't know if it is supposed to taste like it did or if he messed up on the amount of chocolate syrup that's supposed to go in it but it was very bland. It tasted like milk that had been frozen and thawed but still was full of milk ice crystals.... ❄️❄️
